Check in was easy, host was very responsive and very accommodating. Great clean house with plenty of room for our group of 11 with both adults and kids. I will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future

Great location! Quick access to bike path and public beach. House was clean and beautiful! Kitchen well stocked for all of our cooking needs. Truly enjoyed staying at this property and would stay again!

Great place to stay with our big and varied group. The house was great, and the kids had fun climbing the rocks in back and playing on the slice of grass. Close enough to bear Lake and the town, but we had a lovely view of a hayfield and evening sprinklers. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and Fun House

The house is clean and beautiful, location is very convenient. Big pantry and kitchen table, the bunk rooms are great for kids/families, and the large couches in the basement are really nice for hanging out, watching movies, and chatting! Loved all the hooks for towels in the bathrooms and entryway. There are also two laundry rooms, which is very convenient. We did have some trouble getting a hold of the host in the days prior to our stay which was stressful, but once we got in contact everything was great! Host was responsive and attentive during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here!

Great place!

This house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving get together. We had 12 people there and had plenty of beds and rooms. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to stay.

The property was in a great location and met our needs. My only compaint was one of the bedrooms in the basement smelled like urine. As we did more checking, the pad on the bed had urine stains on it that had not been washed and also the mattress had urine stains on it. No fun!

We loved the house! It fit all of our needs and was so clean and nice! The location was close to the lake and to restaurants! It was a wonderful place to stay for our whole family! The he owners were so helpful and made us feel like VIP’s!

Perfect for large family

Beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed for enjoyable stay. Parking was tricky with the boat, but the garage was available which helped. Also great that we could use the garage for paddle board and bikes!

We loved the house!! Great layout, so nice, Had everything we needed…there was a power outage Friday night however, and it would have been helpful to have some flashlights or battery lantern or something in the house.

A little slice of Paradise

The house was just as described. Very clean with all the amenities listed. My grandchildren had a blast and their parents enjoyed time with the other adults in the family. Plenty of room to play games as the whole family or with a small group. The three days we were there went way too fast. The owners were very easy to communicate with.

Bear Lake vacation

The property was the perfect size to accommodate all of our guests for our annual family reunion. Easy access to Garden City and beaches with plenty of parking. Spacious kitchen and dining area with plenty of space downstairs to watch TV or play air hockey. Excellent communication with the owner and received a text message and phone call to let us know that we could enter early because cleaning was done.

Terrific house. Great location.

We had a very good time. The house is new, big and functional. Additionally, it couldn't be in a better, centrally located neighborhood. We had trouble with the VRBO app making the final payment, and the property owver was very patient. Overall a great expereince.

Great house close to everything you need.

The house was great and easily accommodated our family of 9 adults and10 children. Great location, stocked well and new and clean. Only drawback was the no landscaping (which they were working on) and lots of construction vehicles. This will not be a problem in the future but for us with little kids, we could have used a yard.

Home away from home

This place felt like home! The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook meals there without a problem. There was lots of seating too. We played games and watched a movie on the large couch downstairs. The location is fantastic! Not too far from the water and restaurants. The hosts were very nice and were available when I had a question. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place

New house, very clean, nice appliances, a little off the beaten path with no good access to the water. Great for a family reunion. Friendly but not intrusive host. Would rent again for a family reunion. The only negative was the price. A garage door opener would be nice but it would probably walk off

Our family enjoyed staying here, and thought the accommodations were nice! However, we would like to mention a few things that would have made our stay even nicer. It would have been nice if the air hockey table worked! Also, you need some type of curtains or blinds on the west side doors, because when the sun is in the west it really Heats things up. The toilet paper needs to be a higher quality. Also, there needs to be more dish towels and dish cloths! Also, some of the doors are very squeaky! Also, a small dresser or some shelfs in the closets would have been nice! But, all in all it accommodated our family very nicely, and we had a very good time! Thank you!

This is a new property and we worked closely with the builder to make sure we could have a space for large gatherings without having it feel like the kids can't touch anything. We are hoping many families stay here and can come back year after year.

Meadow View has an off the beaten path feel with the amenities of your own home. Enough space to keep separated and small enough to feel together. Plenty of parking for boat and cars and some room outside for the wonderful evening weather of Garden City.
