Lake House vid Bear Lake! Caribbean of the Rockies!

Detta är en rekreationsfastighet med 6 sovrum som tillåter dig och dina gäster deras egen integritet. Varje rum är designat som en svit med eget badrum och stor garderob.
Det har också gott om gemensamt område i två separata bostadslokaler med 52-tums platt-TV. Det finns ett loftområde för barn att leka och sova på golvet, eller på en av de två futon-sofforna.
Ett stort familjekök är fullt lager och det finns två kylskåp i full storlek för att rymma stora grupper och familjesammanträden.
Ta en drink och koppla av på däck eller uteplats medan du grillar på BBQ, med utsikt över Bear Lake och tittar på barnen leker i den fullt anlagda gården.
Platsen är ungefär ett kvarter från stranden men det har inte direkt tillgång till stranden. Det finns en jogging / cykelleder precis utanför din ytterdörr som går runt sjön och din trädgård är de vackra Wasatch-bergen.
Detta är ett perfekt läge mitt i stan, nära vandringsleder, butiker, restauranger och det berömda Pickleville Playhouse och andra fritidsaktiviteter.
Bear Lake Area har kallats "Caribbean of the Rockies" på grund av dess intensiva turkosblå vatten.
Bear Lake Valley erbjuder alla fyra naturens säsonger. Det finns många fritidsaktiviteter tillgängliga. This is the third year we have stayed here because we love it so much! It is just the perfect place to stay! It has a beautiful view! We love the bathroom with each bedroom plus a half bath just inside the front door. The home was very clean. The large open kitchen and living area are wonderful for everyone being able to be together at one time. Great communication from owner!

Enjoyed our stay - wonderful view!!

We had a wonderful stay and were very grateful for bathrooms in each of the bedrooms. We spent a lot of time on the large deck and really enjoyed the view. The large bar area was wonderful for serving dinner to our group too. Communication with Rob was excellent; he was very responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in Rob’s place again.

Bear Lake perfection!

This was our third year at this property and are planning to return! The accommodations are the perfect fit for our size of group! Central location to the lake, PickleVille Playhouse, shopping, and food! The view off the deck is spectacular, plenty of room for parking, yard space for games, and plenty of room for family to gather , making memories for years to come! See you next year!

It was a perfect home to stay in while going to Bear Lake. Each bedroom with a bathroom was a win!

It was nice place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Bear Lake and surrounding areas. The beaches at NorthBeach and Garden City, and hiking around the lake and seeing beautiful wildflowers at Tony’s Grove. A very lovely vacation. Thank-you for sharing your lovely home.

Perfect cabin for adult families

Very nice, recently built home with HUGE kitchen and gathering area. Every bedroom has a bathroom and the extra hunks were extremely convenient for growing families. Perfect place for a family with lots of older kids.

Perfection

This is the only place we stay when our family travels to Bear Lake! Having a private bathroom in every bedroom is the ideal! Large deck, 2 refrigerators, location is central to activities, beautiful view of the lake, and plenty of parking! We can’t wait till next year!

It is a beautiful home with a gorgeous view!! We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. It is close to the beach and other activities. Rob, the host was easy to reach and fast to respond. Our only negative was that we feel like more necessities like trash bags and TP and maybe shampoo should be provided or if not provided, let the quests know that they are not provided in sufficient supply

Perfect for our Needs

This cabin was beautiful. Large & roomy. Absolutely no complaints. Lots of parking available. Loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom, making it so nice for each of the 5 families that shared the cabin. 24 people & no one ever had to wait for the bathroom! We will be back.

Wonderful family lodge with lots of bathrooms, huge deck and flat grassy area

We were about 20 people, mostly teenage kids and adults (5 families and grandparents). Every family had their own room with bunk beds and a queen and ensuit bathroom. Huge kitchen. Huge deck with evening shade and views. We played volleyball every evening in the grassy lawn below the deck in the shed. It was wonderful! We’ve stayed at this place more than once.

Fun family togetherness

Beautiful view of the lake. Open concept family area and large deck. We were all able to be together and enjoy cooking and games. Loved the bathroom for each bedroom. All the kitchen items you would ever need. Easy access to bicycle and pedestrian path. Three deer sightings. Really nice main floor bedroom without a lot of stairs for older members. Owner is so nice and accommodating. We had a small issue on the second day and he had it fixed with lightning speed. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who would like an extra special experience.

Fun in the Sun

This was a perfect place for our family. The space was amazing. An amazing view of the lake from the large deck. That was set up well for both relaxing and eating outside. Loved that it had separate air conditioners for each floor. Six rooms w/bathrooms was a great amenity. Being altogether and yet we had our own space. The kitchen was well stocked. Two refrigerators made it perfect for everyone to be able to store the food for meals. Washer and dryer were both used a couple of times while we were there. This was the perfect place for this family vacation. The owners responded immediately anytime I had questions. Very easy to contact! Thanks for a great week of our fun in the sun.

Family Reunion at the Lake House Bear Lake

We had a family reunion over the 4th of July, 2023 at the Lake House at Bear Lake. This property was perfect for our group of six families. Lots of room, clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, and cooking utensils. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a bonus. The first day we had a glitch with the AC, but when we contacted the owner Rob, his reponse was immediate. He diagnosed and solved the problem and then checked on us to be sure that all was still working and that we were comfortable. His service and attention to us was impressive. We will definitely recommend this property and hope to be able to use it again ourselves. It was a fun vacation and Bear Lake is beautiful.

Wonderful home! The view was spectacular and the home was clean and comfortable.

We rented this home for an end-of-summer getaway and had a great weekend! There ended up being 14 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of room. The home was clean and well kept. We encountered our fair share of spiders, but being in the mountains, that is to be expected. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living area and of course, the wonderful deck. The sunrise from the deck was simple amazing. We loved having a separate bath with each bedroom, just wish I would have realized there would not be a hair dryer in the entire house. We did run out of propane half way through our steak cooking, but we improvised and finished up on the stove. Over all, the house met our expectations and we enjoyed our stay here!

Hot water is a real issue

This house is great for all the reasons you would expect: private bathrooms, convenient location, great views, large shaded areas, easy parking, spacious yard. But be aware that hot water is a real problem. The house has 6.5 bathrooms and is supposed to accommodate about 25 people, but it only has two, 50 gallon electric water heaters. That is not nearly enough firepower. As a result, the house can only handle about two or three showers before 30 minutes of cold water. It didn't take too many kids stuck with cold baths for this to get very frustrating. Also, the housekeepers were strangely stingy with towels. There was no hand towel in the half bath or floor towel for any of the other bathrooms. For approximately $800 per night, towels should have been the last thing on our minds. Those easily-fixable problems aside, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this house. We might even stay there again. If the hot water problem gets fixed, I would say the odds of our staying there again go way up.

The best place in town

Wonderful house. Room for everyone. Great location. We love having a bathroom in each bedroom. The large deck overlooking the lake was our favorite gathering place, both morning and night. Two refrigerators is a bonus. Thank you.

Between marvelling at how blue and beautiful the lake is or the gorgeous white sandy beaches, you may think you have travelled hours to a tropical location. The Bear Lake valley offers all four of nature's seasons. There are many recreational activities available. In the summer you can jet ski across the turquoise water, sail into the sunset, or just enjoy a picnic at the beach. You can enjoy trolling for huge mackinaw or cutthroat trout in Bear Lake, or fly fishing for smaller brook or rainbow trout in the many local mountain streams. In the fall you can enjoy the beautiful scenic landscape as you hike or 4 wheel the many trails. In the winter you can enjoy the 'greatest snow on earth' as you snowmobile, downhill ski, cross country ski, or snowshoe.
