Softest sheets and excellent heated pool

What I loved most: 1. Cute neighborhood close to the best beaches and restaurants 2. Resort-like pool area in the back 3. Ginormous couch for the entire gang to spread out and watch movies on the huge TV 4. Dreamy master bed and super-soft sheets 5. Excellent communication with Steve (host) 6. Not many 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths in the area--that extra half bath makes a difference if you have a large group 7. Powerful blender for making the best margaritas! 8. Gorgeous Christmas decorations, including a sparkly white Christmas tree! Thanks, Steve, for your hospitality and for having a beautiful home!! It was a holiday to remember!

Wir werden wiederkommen!!

Meine Frau (52), unser Sohn (16) und ich (57) haben während unserer Florida-Rundreise im Oktober 24 vier Nächte in dieser Villa verbracht.Ich kann nur bestätigen, was hier schon mehrfach geschrieben wurde. Die Villa ist wunderschön, geräumig, sinnvoll aufgeteillt und ganz in der Nähe des Strandes. Der Poolbereich (mit seinem Gasgrill:-)) war der Ort an dem wir uns die meisten Zeit aufhielten, denn er ist wirklich traumhaft. Wir sind mehrmals mit den Fahrädern zum Strand gefahren. Die Gegend ist ruhig und idyllisch schön. Der Gastgeber (Steve) ist über Whatsapp jederzeit erreichbar. Er antwortet schnell, ist sehr freundlich und mega hilfsbereit. Bei uns z. B. gab der Öffner für Konservendosen den Geist auf und Steve wollte gleich einen neuen besorgen lassen. Ich aber bot ihm an, einen im Supermarkt (6-8 Fahhradminuten) zu kaufen, was ich auch tat. Wenige Minutenspäter erhielt ich von Steve der Kaufpreis plus Trinkgeld via Paypal. Zuletzt möchte ich nochmals unterstreichen, dass die Villa wirklich extrem gut ausgestattet ist. Neben übliche Küchenelektrogeräten findet man Smoothiemaker, einen Airfryer und sogar einen Fleischwolf (wenn man in denn braucht :-). In die super große Waschmaschine nebst Trockner hat mein Frau sich verliebt. An Tag 2 war unsere gesamte Wäsche (wir waren bereits 10 Tage in den USA) gewaschen und gerocknert. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr erholsam. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Amazing Home!

Our crews needed a place to stay to do the disaster recovery services we perform for businesses and homes due to Hurricane Ian. Steven was communicative and accommodating. The property itself is wonderful. Plenty of room to be all together, but still spread out. We loved the outdoor area and the pool and amenities were wonderful. Would highly recommend.
