This house was dated but very clean and spacious. Conveniently close to the beach. Beach chairs weren’t in great shape but we voiced our concern about them and understand they were replaced. April responded quickly. We certainly would recommend this home and would rent this home again.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Great to have a pool to ourselves, it was very private. It really was just a few minutes to Vanderbilt Beach which was beautiful and short walk from the parking lot to the water.The house was in a great, quiet neighborhood but close to shopping. The host was quick to respond to our questions and concerns and very easy to get along with. We stayed for a week, the house had all the basics we needed. We enjoyed the entire stay.

The house was perfect. it has everything as described. The pool and hot tub are perfect. The communication and respond time is really good and they even came out and did a house call as we had an issue with something just to make sure everything was good. If we go back to Naples we will def be booking with them again

This property sang to us!! It just has that homey, sunny, warm, Florida relaxed feel with all the class that you would want for 5 star living and vacationing.

Naples is the premier and number one location in all of Florida. We combed all of it and it is the best by far.

Safe, classy and on the right side for protection from the elements.

The area being close to the Beach, safe and secure in Collier County, and central to Mercato in a great area close to the Beach and Golf courses is what made us buy.

The pool and spa in the fully covered Lanai sold us. With three waterfall features and night lights its great for entertaining.
