Vackert poolhem i slutet av en Cul-De-Sac. Spektakulär utsikt över sjön och bergen. Beläget i ett fantastiskt grannskap bara 1-2 kilometer från London Bridge.

Stor Master Suite med stor walk in garderob. Master Bath 2 handfat och duschkabin med 2 duschhuvuden. 2: a sovrum Queen Bed. Tredje sovrummet 2 uppsättningar våningssängar. Alla har helt nya platt-TV och takfläktar.

Stort kök Frukostbar & allt som behövs för att laga en gourmetmåltid. Brödrost, mixer, kaffebryggare, grytor, kastruller, bestick ... R / O-dricksfiltrerat vatten och skafferi med många kryddor för din användning.
Vardagsrummet har ny platt-TV, DVD-spelare, takfläkt och 2 stora soffor.

Great House Great Stay

Comfortable well appointed house. Great location for access to downtown, the lake and all great things Havasu has to offer. The pool is nice to sit around but isn’t heated so was too cold for us to use. The owner was easy to deal with, and responded within a short time to any questions we had. Two things that would have been great to have is more comfortable outdoor furniture, and a king bed. I would definitely recommend this house.

Love Lake Havasu

The property is very nice. The home was very clean and the pool and jacuzzi were refreshing given the extreme heat. Overall, very nice experience.

3 month Getaway

Quiet safe neighborhood. Great view of sunsets! Lots of room. Kitchen well equipped. Bibi was prompt with responses and very helpful. Price was reasonable and we would stay here again.

Great stay

House was clean, Spacious and well taken care of. Pool/jacuzzi were a little dirty pump didn’t seem to really clean it. Guest bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very well equipped with linens. Only con was beds were a little uncomfortable especially in guest bedrooms you could feel springs and really hurt our back most of us had to sleep on couch. Besides the beds the house was amazing and when we return to Lake Havasu we hope to book it again. Bibi was an amazing host and appreciated her hospitality.

Havasu in Feb

A lovely home in a sweet neighborhood. Following are some minor corrections that could be made. Overall a great place to stay. 50s and 60ish, so we did not use the pool. The pool cleaner states he comes once a week. But he doesn't. The auto pool cleaner spends 90% of the time on the vent on the bottom of the pool. Kitchen can lights 2 burned out. 1 barley works. One is ok. Bathroom sink plug- broken. Supply's wise, there was enough for a long weekend. We were there for a month. Bullion cubes expired seven years ago. Smelled really bad... We threw them out. So we spent our money buying dawn, cascade, paper towels, TP, Kleenex, body wash. Many of the dishes are cracked all the way through and should be replaced. The cracks hold bacteria. Outside needs a couple lounge chairs. There are none. Handy location to anything Havasu. House cleaner doesn't dust plants much. Finger prints on patio door. Vacuum cleaner is bad, needs replacing. Really nice to have laundry facilities.

Great Stay

Property was clean and close to the areas we visit. Bibi was a phone call away. We had a great stay. Bring pool towels for this location. Overall was an excellent visit and was extremely satisfied with our property.

Wonderful Family Home

We absolutely loved our stay here. The home has a great layout and was very comfortable. Everything we needed was available and easy to find. The kids loved playing in the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location. The only downside is parking with a trailer. We struggled to get our boat on the side of the house as the gravel is loose and the incline a bit steep.

Summer fun in Havasu 2021

The location was great, a short drive to London Bridge, downtown Havasu and grocery stores. The house was clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well equipt. The air conditioning worked great and we really enjoyed the small but cozy pool.

great for families

Clean and just as described. There were enough beds, kitchen essentials and parking for our extended family of 8. Having the pool was nice and relaxing for after the lake enjoyment. The house was very clean and comfortable with great wifi and tvs for different viewing options.

Great Week at Thanksgiving

We stayed the whole week of Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. We used the hot tub a lot and the pool a little bit (it was kinda cold by the end of the week). My daughters, 5 and 7, loved the hot tub/pool and all the fun activities we did all week. The house was very spacious and clearly wheelchair accessible. We would stay again if we want to vacation in Havasu again. This is a great house for families.

Great place, just as described

We had a great stay June 2020! Bibi was great throughout with communication in advance and during our stay. The location is on end of cul de sac so there is space around the property. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and prepare meals. The master bed/bath is spacious. Great place!
