Detta vackra fritidshus ligger i Peyia, Paphos, nära tre vackra stränder och är modernt och bekvämt inrett. Huset är fristående, beläget i ett lugnt område och den privata poolen erbjuder en hel del semesterglädje för hela familjen. I den attraktiva trädgården och på den täckta verandan hittar du en skuggig plats för att koppla av och varva ner när som helst på dagen. Från december till mars är apelsiner och grapefrukt mogna och kan plockas och ätas. Tre sovrum och tre badrum erbjuder tillräckligt med utrymme och privatliv för upp till 6 vuxna (1-2 barn kan också sova på en bäddsoffa). Vardagsrummet och ett badrum moderniserades år 2018 och renoverades. Observera att poolen inte har något staket och föräldrakontroll och är fritt tillgänglig från varje sida. Barn får aldrig lämnas obevakad. Trappan på övervåningen har ingen barnsäkerhetslås.

A great time in Cyprus!

We really enjoyed our stay in this pleasent villa. It turned out to be very well equipped and organised. The house, pool and garden were well taken care of. There was plenty of space in the villa for our family of two adults and two teenagers but the poolarea might be a bit narrow for a larger family. The neighbourhood was quiet and you can easily drive by car to the beach and other sights and attractions. The owners of the house were very helpful when we had questions and they provided us with useful information before we arrived. In summary, we had a very nice stay in Cyprus!

Ein echter Traumurlaub!

Wir haben uns während unseres Urlaubs in diesem schönen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus unglaublich wohl gefühlt und uns bestens erholt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Garten und der Poolbereich sind wirklich sehr schön. Die Lage am Berg mit dem Blick aus der oberen Etage auf das Meer und die Umgebung hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war von Beginn an sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir hatten vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes zu jeder Zeit alle Informationen, die wir benötigten. Wir können dieses Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Gleich nach der Buchung haben die Eigentümer Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen und Fragen aller Art beantwortet. Kurz vor der Abreise haben wir dann Informationen bekommen, bei denen wirklich alle Aspekte berücksichtigt wurden. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass die Villa Alicia unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen hat. Die Fotos sind überhaupt nicht geschönt, das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet von den zahlreichen Handtüchern für Pool, Strand und zum Duschen über Adapter bis hin zur Küchenausstattung. Auch während des Urlaubs wurden wir „liebevoll betreut“ und mit Restauranttipps etc. versorgt. Diese Ferienhauserfahrung wird wohl so schnell nicht, wenn überhaupt, übertroffen werden.

Urlaub vom Feinsten

Das Objekt ist genauestens beschrieben, und liegt Abseits vom Lärm des Touristenzentrums in ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten einen extrem erholsamen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern hätte besser nicht sein können. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet , sowohl innen als auch im Aussenbereich. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr zu empfehlen !!! Werden wir definitiv wieder buchen.

Traumhaus in Super-Lage!

Grosses, sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus in Peyia mit Pool. Sehr modern eingerichtet, die Ausstattung war makellos! Wir haben uns eine Woche lang wie zuhause gefühlt und sind nur widerwillig gefahren (auch die Kinder). :-) Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern Christophe und Katrin (Mail, Whatsapp ) ist sehr gut und unkompliziert gewesen, sowohl vor als auch während des Urlaubs. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt, unser Lieblingsrestaurant wurde Oniro by the Sea (Empfehlung des Besitzers), mit sehr gutem originellen Essen, tollen Cocktails und traumhafter Aussicht. Das Haus und die Umgebung können wir wärmstens empfehlen! Christian & Family

Stunning

The villa is in a great location, big supermarket a few mins in the car, Coral Bay is close by too with bars and restaurants and car hire. The villa is as it looks in the pictures very clean and high-quality furniture and appliances throughout feels very homely. The area is very quiet and safe amazing when you just want to chill out by the pool by day or night. Lots of areas to relax in or out of the sun whichever you prefer, The communication from Christophe was brilliant very clear instructions and directions of how to get to the villa and also everything in the villa. Only downside 2 weeks is not enough .... we will be back sadly in sept when we normally travel is booked but will be back in 2020. Thank you for a brilliant holiday in your wonderful home.

Tolles Haus in einer schönen und ruhigen Umgebung

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnanlage. Das Nachbarhaus war zu unserer Zeit leer stehend. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und man hat nichts vermisst. Pool und Garten haben wir viel genutzt. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge in die tolle Natur und die traumhaften Strände ideal. Vielen Dank auch an den Vermieter der jederzeit und schnell auf Fragen antwortete. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub auf Zypern.

Beautiful villa in lovely location, with very friendly helpful owner

This is a truly beautiful villa, with everything you need to make it feel like home from home. It is ideally located close to a local supermarket, great restaurants and the beach, with lovely views of the hills and sea from the pool area, balconies and terrace. The inside of the villa is delightful, it is designed and equipped with all that you need to be comfortable both in the hottest part of the summer when we visited, and the cooler months of year. It was ideal for us, a family of 4 providing ample space. The gardens are very pretty especially when lit up in the evening and the pool is well maintained and cleaned regularly during your stay. Pool towels, inflatables and pool games are made available for the pool and great to entertain the family. This area of Cyprus is renowned for its scenery and places of interest and certainly didn’t disappoint, with historical sites, hatching turtles, waterfalls and stunning views. A visit to Blue Lagoon and Lara Beach is a must and all within 20-30 mins of the villa. The nearby beach is clean and sandy with water sports available, and only 5 minutes drive. I cannot express strongly enough how attentive, friendly and approachable the owners are, which differentiates this holiday experience from others. Responses to enquiries are prompt, polite and thoughtful and nothing seems too much trouble. We asked for recommendations on places to visit and eat, we were provided with lots of helpful suggestions by Christophe and all were excellent. We loved every minute of our time at Villa Alicia and hope to return soon.

Perfect get away

This was a fantastic holiday and was a great experience from the moment we booked until the moment we departed. The communications from Christophe were excellent and went a long way to making us feel relaxed about arriving at the villa. The information shared with us was excellent, from what to expect from the villa to restaurant recommendations. The villa itself is superb. The standard of furniture is excellent, making this a very comfortable stay. The kitchen and the bathrooms are of a very high standard. The garden and pool are a delight, which is fortunate as this is where we spent most of our time! The location is excellent. It is a very short drive to the beach and town and easy access to the mountains. It is blissfully quiet here, just so relaxing. We stayed here with our 2 children (12 and 8) and they absolutely loved it. I would definitely recommend this villa to families and small groups. We would love to return to Cyprus and when we do we will be looking to stay here! Thanks for having us.

Super Ferienhaus in Peyia

Wir verbrachten in diesem wunderschönen Haus 12 tolle Tage. Die Bilder halten genau das, was sie versprechen. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an, wie zu Hause. Begeistert waren wir und natürlich unsere Tochter von dem großen Pool, den wir täglich ausgiebig nutzten. Die Vermieter machen es einem wirklich leicht, sich in ihrem Haus wohl zu fühlen und sich vom ersten Tag an zurecht zu finden. Alles ist ausführlich erklärt und beschriftet, sodass man sofort weiß, wo sich was befindet (z.B. Teller, Tassen, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Verlängerungskabel,...). Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr sauber und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt und eine kleine Wohlfühloase, mit bequemen und neuwertigen Sitzmöbeln. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war während der gesamten Zeit sehr nett und alle Anfragen wurden schnell und detailliert beantwortet. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wunserschönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung in super Lage. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Wir haben uns sehr kurzfristig entschieden, zu viert eine Woche in Zypern Urlaub zu machen und sind auf dieses wunderschöne Haus gestoßen. Das Ferienhaus hat uns extrem gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind schön aufgeteilt. Von den hübschen Balkons hatten wir Meeresblick. Die Besitzer haben ein Badezimmer und das Wohnzimmer frisch renoviert. Wir waren die ersten Gäste, die die schönen neuen Möbel nutzen durften. Der Garten ist idyllisch. Die Bäume hingen voller pink Grapefruits und Orangen, die wir nach Herzenslust pflücken und essen konnten. Abends wurde es recht kalt in Zypern, so dass wir im Wohnzimmer vor dem gemütlichen Gaskamin saßen, der so kinderleicht zu bedienen war, dass selbst ich das hinbekommen habe. Frühstücken konnten wir auf der Terrasse. Geschirr, Besteck und die gesamte Ausstattung sind hochwertig und fast neu. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war toll. Ein Glücksfall, wir haben schon so viele schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Wir werden definitiv hierher wiederkommen.

We are Katrin and Christophe, a German-French couple. We have our roots in Dresden, Germany and the Alsace-Region in France. In 2015 we fulfilled a dream and bought this beautiful and cosy villa. We love to spend our vacation there together with our families and friends and would like you to feel comfortable and at home while visiting. Our wish and aim is to enable you a carefree and relaxed vacation in beautiful Cyprus.

For this, Cyprus and the region around Paphos provide the best conditions: In summer time you can enjoy the most beautiful beaches and the perfectly clear and warm sea water (22-25 degrees in November!) as well as the pool. The Tróodos-mountains offer with its 1.800 m height even in august mild temperatures where you can enjoy walks and visits. Outside the high season, Cyprus and especially the Peyia region is an outdoor destination with lots of activities to do.

If you have any questions regarding the house, Cyprus or the journey please do not hesitate to contact us in German, English or French.

Please note that the pool isn't fenced and is therefore accessible from all sides: For this reason should small children never be let unsupervised.
