Located in Carolina Lakes area in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of room to relax and unwind. This property is less than 5 minutes from Coastal Carolina University, shops,resturants and 4 major golf courses, including legends, Burning ridge golf club, myrtle beach national, indigo creek. Also this property is 20 minutes from the beach, airport, skywheel, and the wax museum and broadway at the beach and more. This house has a full equipped kitchen with a keurig with complimentary k-cups, washer/dryer in the garage with complimentry laundry detergent, 3 bedrooms, 2 sleep sofas in the common area (one in the living room and one in the newly renovated sunroom) and 2 full bathrooms. Linens and towels and paper products are included. This property has cameras outside for security measures.

It was very cozy and felt like home away from home however the only thing that puzzled me was that it said under the things that was included and if I'm not mistaken it said a hottub other than that I enjoyed the home so much and I surely would book again God bless you

Myrtle Beach 2024

This was my wife’s and I first Vrbo rental and it was a perfect experience. We live in California and we arranged a vacation with my mom and brother from Indiana. Being able to stay together and enjoy each other in a nice home environment was more than I could ask for. The house was immaculate and the host Debra was very accommodating. The inclosed patio was the icing on the cake. This definitely made this a trip to remember.

Nice home. Very clean. Great communication.

Family vacation of 6 adults and a toddler. House was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Close to all attractions and airport. Son just moved to the area. Great opportunity to see and enjoy the area. Host was wonderful. Great communication.

Fantastic home and super friendly neighbors

The house was well organized and stocked with paper products. The kids absolutely loved the pond in the neighbors yard. The neighbors brought out food for the kids to feed the turtles and fish. If we are in the area again we hope this home is available. Fantastic communication with the host. This was by far the best experience we have had as a family in a Vrbo home. Loved it.

Great Place

We recently had a family vacation with 10 family members ranging in ages from 2 years old to 74 years old. This house was perfect. It was spacious, yet cozy. Everyone fell in love with the screened in sunroom. So much so, that my cousin slept out there each night. Debra, the host, was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had. The house is stocked with plenty of linens, cleaning supplies, and anything else you might need. The listing did say a hot tub, but it was located in the neighbors backyard. Not sure how that works, but we didnt want to bother the neighbor about it. However, the neighbors were very friendly and let us meet their puppy Stella and gave my 2 year old niece food to feed the turtles in the lake out back. The house is in a great neighborhood, close to stores and only a 20 minute drive to the beach. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very quaint

This quaint house has plenty ofnroom for a family of 4-6. Maybe a couple more. Plenty of open floor for spending time together. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and very redpectful. For us, the drive was about the same as where we live. Most of the places we went were 15-30 min. Away. We had a blast. Lots of great food, shopping, ocean, or just relaxing at the house.

Awesome Stay!

We came on a family vacation to see Myrtle Beach. The house was great, it had everything we needed plus more. The owner was very quick to respond to any issue we had on our trip. Would love to come and stay again next year.

Baseball Tournament

We came to Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament and college tour. The property was in the perfect spot between all the fields and worked perfectly for out family. The owner was very responsive to all messages.

The home is very comfortable and very clean. Provides plenty of towels, linens and blankets. Also provided plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and more. Felt right at home and it's in a very nice neighborhood. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

quiet nestled spacious home

When we pulled up to the house it was inviting with outdoor welcome signs. It made us feel like we were just coming home to our own house. Upon entering it was a spacious living room/dining room with plenty of room for all 6 of us. It was clean and organzied and everything was laid out and easily accessed. Wifi name and password easily accessible, Directions to turn the tv on and off were even laid out on the end table. I highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Myrtle Beach. We met one of the neighbors very briefly on our way out and he was extremely nice.....even for a Chicago Cubs fan!!! LOL Go Red Sox! Thank you Debra for a wonderful stay at your home!

Leaving Home for College

As emotional this visit was for my family, as our youngest son start his journey at Coastal Carolina University, our stay in this property was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy ourself in the property. The owner was very transparent with a minor repair that was just completed right before our visit and the neighbor who assist the owner with the property was so kind and so helpful with ensuring we had a comfortable experience. As a big family we’re already planning our future trips back to this property as a whole

A great place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. I loved how she gave us places to go eat at and where to hang out at. Everything is only minutes away for the home. The home really feels like home away from home. We didn’t want to leave!! I will book from her again.
