A Unique Luxury Boutique Stay The Mermaid and Manatee Resort is a unique vacation rental with over 3500 square feet for you, your friends and your family. This property features a gorgeous indoor heated swimming pool set to 80-82 degrees with a waterfall and the pool is surrounded by four elegant hotel like fully equipped private suites. Each of these bedrooms are designed and furnished elegantly and each have a fireplace, tv, and a mini-refrigerator for guestâs convenience. The kitchen is well stocked and the formal dining area is great for entertaining! This house is great for family reunions, bridal showers, golf retreats, corporate retreats and more. The grounds are exquisite and allow for large groups to break out into smaller groups, too! This magnificent palace is perfect for small family gatherings or a peaceful serene oasis for a quick getaway in a boutique hotel like atmosphere!

When I found this incredible One of a kind Unique Home with Waterfalls throughout a Indoor Pool rock walls designed theme home feels like your staying in a park at disney! With all the details fireplaces in the rooms and a awesome Bar area to entertain guests!
Smart home with Google Enabled Speakers throughout that you can ask to play any song youâd like and voice controlled waterfalls! This smart home with top of the line technology was a staple of Homosassa well known Bed & Breakfast prior to me purchasing it.
I love the 2 acres of land with gazebo and fire pit seating for fun all around!
