This was our 5th year scalloping and by far the best house. The location was perfect, the house was very clean and had a cozy feel to it. There was plenty of room for our boat at the dock and trailer out front. The sunsets were amazing! Thanks for sharing your home with us we will definitely be back!

We had a great time. We had eight adults and two boats. Couldn't have been any easier. Convenient location and site had everything you could ever need. Beautiful views. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Waterfront Home

Justin's home was gorgeous. Spotless, modern, spacious and comfortable for 8 of us friends with two kids. The outdoor space with grill and adirondacks and expansive view of the bay was divine. Even the indoor living/dining rooms had massive waterfront views! We dropped our boat at Pete's Pier, which is less than 1 mile away from the home where we tied up to his whips. Justin was kind enough to take the time to call us to talk us through some of the shallow spots to watch out for in the bay. Very nice guy! His home is minutes away to the spring heads, and about 45 minutes out to the scallop grounds. Large driveway fit our trailer with ease. We also enjoyed the kayaks and SUP he had for us in the garage. Highly recommend this lovely home!

Home is completely renovated & updated. Water views incredible. Beds comfortable & kitchen well-stocked. ONLY negative is air could not be turned below 72 and two bedrooms did not have fans.

Crystal River Gem

Our family came together for a three night getaway and this home was the perfect location for us. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen and ample seating to sit and enjoy meals together. Outdoors, we enjoyed the sunsets, fire pit, and lots of fishing right from the backyard! This home is so clean, the beds are comfortable, and the location is peaceful. The owner is easy to communicate with and worked so hard to have this property ready for us. We are grateful for the hospitality!

Amazing View and Property!

Pilot Point Family Vacay

Beautiful views with morning visits from manatees and eagles! Our time spent on Pilot point was relaxing and peaceful. The grandmothers loved the fishing from the dock and enjoyed our family time. A memorable stay for sure.

Awesome Stay-cation!

Amazing weekend getaway was what we needed! There were dolphins swimming right at the dock--in the backyard!! Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing View

We enjoyed a family vacation where we enjoyed the gorgeous waterfront. Only issue was the weather being cold but we built a nice fire in the pit and roasted marshmallows! :)

Nice Trip

We had a nice trip! Our group was two families. Bunk bed room worked well for the kids. We brought out boat and kept it at the dock out back. River view is very nice! House is older construction but clean.

Gorgeous Waterfront Property

The view was amazing and house was perfect for a large family group. The backyard was great and had plenty of room for the two boats we brought. The proponerte was very clean and had lots of essentials (tp, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, etc) The neighbor Russell was also very friendly and helpful and gave us the insight on where to find the scallops on our second day. We loved it and will visit again.

The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. The only thing I will say that there is not enough towels, tp, toiletries, garbage bags. Is a very simple fix. Otherwise was great.
