This unique property is located in a quaint Marigot Bay community close to the waterfront and Marigot Bay business amenities with breathtaking scenic views to enjoy. The close proximity to the beach and ocean is an added bonus to both visitors and owners. The ambiance of relaxing with a drink of your choice (wine/coffee/tea) on the deck or veranda whilst enjoying the sunrise, sunset, blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, surrounding green lush mountains and yachts -its all an added bonus!!!
