This cozy unit offers a kitchenette for easy breezy food prep and can sleep 2 people. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!

Your serenity begins as you step foot into this casual compound with a delightful private porch and conch-style suite that will captivate your island soul. Carry your crafted cocktail to the deck area and pool which comes heated in the winter months, cooled by the protective canopies, exquisite swaying palms and gentle breezes. Stretch out in a deck chair with your favorite mystery novel or toss some kabobs on the shared outside grill for an al fresco treat.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Enter the inviting studio where you are greeted by Key West inspired decor, separate bedroom and kitchenette areas, flat screen tv and ample space for unpacking your bathing suits and funwear. This well-lit unit encompasses a bedroom with a newly-remodeled king bed with luxurious bedding, ceiling fan and wall-mounted HDTV. Wash the day off in your private en suite bathroom with enclosed glass and marble tiled shower, quartz sink counter and large bathroom mirror. Slip outside to your private deck to view our botanical gardens that overlook the pool and stone waterfall.

Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed this place, the room had everything you need, coffee, cream, sugar, the patio by the pool had fresh water, plenty of ice to feel your cooler. The pool is small but it was enjoyable. The only inconvenience I had was the distant to Duvall St, even thought is about 1 mile walking in the heat was not fun. So had to pay to uber which cost me $12 each way. So therefore if you are a late night out person, you will need to uber as it is also a little dark to walk home. But other than that it was a great place. Very clean and nice.

Nice and peaceful

Had a really great stay. The rental property was tranquil and clean, and the pool area/courtyard was very enjoyable. Walls are a little thin, though, and neighbors can hear the activities in other units.

Convenient location

It appeared they were going for a cozy patio but mostly it was overgrown. The unit was nice but needs work on the little things. The fan over the bed needs to be cleaned, one of the hooks on the bathroom wall kept falling off. The same with one the arms of the toilet paper holder. There was minimal water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, although the shower wasn’t bad. The location was convenient for us and the check in/out process was easy.

Great Place

The place was just the right size for a quick get away. It was close to Duval Street so you could walk and explore the neighborhoods. The only thing that was difficult was the low water pressure in the bathroom and the inconsistent temperature in the shower. It was hard to get the soap out of my hair and half way through my shower the water became more cool than warm. I think the shower head needs to be replaced. Well worth the price.
