Your happy getaway begins as you step foot into this casual compound with a delightful private porch and conch-style studio that will captivate your island soul. Stretch out in a deck chair for a decadent nap or reading escape. then satisfy your culinary cravings at the shared outside grill for an al fresco treat.

Pamper yourself in your private bathroom with glass and marble tile, quartz countertop, large mirror, and roomy glass shower. The bedroom features a newly-remodeled king bed with luxurious bedding, ceiling fan and wall-mounted HD TV. Whip up your refreshing beverage and light meal in the kitchenette, which includes a quartz countertop and wet bar sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and keurig station. Slip outside to your private deck with views our botanical gardens that overlook the pool and stone waterfall.

Pool area was beautiful. We relaxed there everyday until we were ready to go out. Beds are comfy amd room was cool. The property is private, clean and beautiful.

Having a pool was nice, lots of gates to navigate through if you have a bike, overall good location since it was close to Duval but in a quieter part of town.

Quick Getaway

Very secluded feel to this place. When in the pool, you feel like you are in an oasis on a tropical Caribbean island! Loved this place. Will definitely stay here for our next visit.

Perfect Spot for our Anniversary Trip!

We were in KEY West for a 25th anniversary trip and this spot was absolutely perfect! Checked all the basics for sure- affordable, clean, and comfortable- but ALSO, very quaint, perfectly located, and very-well appointed. The pool area was secluded and romantic and the room decor was beautifully tropical! We didn’t need much but what we did need, the innkeepers were quick to get us and were easy to get in touch with. We would 100% recommend this location to both couples and families looking for a little piece of their own paradise during their stay in Key West!

Perfect for a getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Honeymoon trip. Parked the car right outside of the room on Sunday and did not drive again until Thursday when we left. Pretty good location. We walked everywhere and it was only two blocks to all the action. There is a resturaunt across the road that was really good and open fairly late. The room was clean, up to date, and quiet. We were worried about the connecting door, but did not have any noise complaints. Do not second guess booking this room/complex for your trip. It was perfect. Will 100% stay here when we visit next time.

Perfect!

Throughly enjoyed our stay. It was absolutely perfect for 2 adults. The pictures do not do it justice. The outdoor space and pool is so nice, feels like you're in a resort somewhere. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed at Coconut Palm Studio and could not have been more pleased. The room is perfect, with plenty of room and a nice little kitchenette (microwave and small refriderator). The grounds are beautiful and very private. The common pool area is lovely. Location is so close to Duvall (just a couple block walk). We will definitely stay here next time we are in Key West.

Great little place

We really enjoyed our short stay at this location. It was just my wife and I but everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. The bed was so comfortable (and my wife and are very picky about beds). The pool was nice also. I just had a couple of questions during my stay and the property manager replied quickly and professionally. My only complaint is that I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely try to book this same place again in the future. BTW most of the things you would want to do are on or close to Duval St. and this place is only about a 7 or 8 minute walk to Duval St.

Nice and quiet, but....

Had to hold toilet handle to flush. Pool was not clean and waterfall wasn't working. Lock on gate did not work for entering by my room. Safe attached to the floor with no instructions. With the high cost of the room, and not allowing an early check-in, they would not allow me to stowe my luggage. Could hear the folks in the room next to me. High cost (stayed during a high week) for what you get. Next time I'd stay at the Best Western nearby where the cost was half with a nice clean pool!

Clean and pleasant

Pros: The place was comfortable and pleasant. Everything was clean, and the property was nice, exactly as listed. Melanie was the property manager, and she was very responsive. Cons: The AC units were a bit noisy. A room cleaner entered my room by accident during the day which was weird but ended up being an honest mistake. I think there are two units in each of three cabinets on the property, and the doors between the units don't stop the sound very well between them. Overall this is basically a larger, nicer hotel room at a price lower than typical rates.

This is a great little place to stay, comfortable, close to downtown, very clean, great outdoor space to use while on the property. The property manager is very helpful. You should not be spending much time in your room while in the keys so this is perfect for rest and refresh!
