It seems that you may have had problems with your phone or VRBO App as you didn't respond to any of the messages we sent. Allow us to clarify the timeline: your check-in date was on June 17th. On June 13th, you reached out to us requesting the address of the property. In response, our team promptly provided you with a link to Google Maps and assured you that additional instructions would follow the next day. On June 14th, three days before your check-in, we sent you a message thru VRBO containing detailed information such as check-in instructions, property address, gate codes, breakfast details, cleaning services, office hours, and more. We explicitly mentioned that David, our guest service representative, would meet you at the entrance of the complex to personally escort you to the property, as part of our commitment to providing personalized service.
