Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. The gulf front unit offers breath-taking views from the spacious balcony and the fun and relaxing beach is right at your fingertips. Youâll never have to leave as the complex is mere steps from lots of restaurants and bars including the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, and Sea and Suds.
Amenities abound including indoor/outdoor pool, kiddie-pool/splashpad, gym/sauna and outdoor grilling area.
Unit is fully updated with granite countertops, stainless appliances and tile throughout the unit. All bedrooms are well appointed, decorated and feature smart TVS. The kitchen has all the items needed to cook a full meal. Unit has an amazing balcony thatâs great for a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail.

Just a normal family who loves to travel! We love to visit new places and we love hosting guests in our properties.
We were born, raised, and currently reside in the metro Atlanta area. We are active members of our church and stay bust with our 3 boys' band and sports schedules.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We fell in love with the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach area our first visit. Wonderful restaurants, great entertainment and the locals are always so welcoming and friendly. Combine that with amazing sunshine, beautiful turquoise waters and sugary white sand beaches and we knew we had to own a little piece of this fabulous community.
We love our condos and strive to keep them in tip-top shape so our guests and ourselves can have a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We hope to host you soon and that you will enjoy this condo as much as we do.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This condo stood out to us because of the amenities (we love that the gym is large, accommodating, and has a view of the beach) and the fact that it is located directly beside Sea-N-Suds. making a quick snack or cocktail just a few short steps away.
Also, being in the middle of Gulf Shores means easy walks to shops/ice cream/restaurants/everything! We love the prime location of this condo.
