Waterfront Renovated Luxury Home with pool and spa - 5 min walk to the beach

Your own piece of paradise! Fully renovated home on the water with private pool and large spa. Wall of windows overlooking the water from each floor. Five minute walk to the beach, playground, library, pickle ball, tennis, basketball! Fish from the back yard dock. Watch dolphins from the balcony! This is the ultimate place to relax - but need to work? We have high speed wi-fi, desks in every room and a wireless printer ready to go!

The beach is literally a 5 minute walk and we've thought of everything for you! Towels? Got them! Beach toys! Beach buggy? Got them! Sunscreen - we even provide that, so please use it! (But if you don't - we have live aloe plants growing on the porch for you!)

The brand new dock boasts a glo light in the water where you can sit and watch the fish at night! Fishing is superb and guests have sent us photos of bonnet shark and barracuda caught right off the dock! Fishing rods provided and tackle store is a 3 minute walk from the house! If you prefer to kayak, put in the kayaks right off the dock or carry them over to the boat ramp right next door! Head over to "bird island" as they let you get really close to the before flying off in front of you!

**Please note - like the rest of Indian Rocks Beach - the lower level of this house was significantly damaged during Hurricane Helene! The upstairs (photos shown) 2 BR 2 BA is in great condition but the lower level is awaiting permits for repair and functions more like a pass through to the backyard - video available upon request**

We care about your safety during your stay - there are necessary stairs to access the main floor. Safety surveillance cameras outdoors only!

Native to Cleveland, Ohio, they own 13 rental properties in New Orleans at Tulane University and enjoy renovating and renting properties. While home base is Cleveland, they spend a lot of time in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida and NYC where 2 of their 4 children live. They personally manage all of their properties themselves so they are involved with and control the rental experience from start to finish.

They fell in love with this property in this amazing beach town and immediately started planning the ultimate luxury vacation rental - fully renovated in 2022 - this home has been completely upgraded and boasts 2 master bedrooms with en suites so 2 families could vacation together but separate on 2 different floors of the home.

Waterfront views! Walk to the beach and shops and restaurants! Fish from our private dock. Watch a movie in the recliners or hang out in the spa! This rental includes everything you need for the beach - umbrellas, cooler, chairs, beach wagons, beach toys.

Please note: This house has stairs! 14 of them to be exact! And a spiral staircase connecting the two floors. This is not a wheelchair accessible home.
