Yuba City Vaca

The property was very clean and well kept. The pool is a great size with lots of outdoor seating. Nice and cool on a hot day and a great location to make a day trip into Sacramento.

Urban Gem

The home was well appointed, had everything I needed in the kitchen and elsewhere. The house is immaculate. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and always available. The pool is amazing as is the large patio space. I plan to stay again.

Great place to meet with family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of room outside with great pool. Owners were very helpful and welcoming.

Relaxation

The pictures do not do it justice! The house is nice. Very well decorated and freshly painted. Blooming flowers everywhere! I rented ot for the pool but the house totally suprised me. The pool are? Ohh my. Absolutely beautiful. I only get to see my grandkids once or twice a year, i flew in was so pleased when i arrived ! Very private ! 5 stars and then some !

Comfortable home

The home was comfortable, well appointed, well supplied. The owner was very nice and helpful The area, unfortunately, was a bit disconcerting the time I was alone before my family arrived. There was also a neighborhood dog that barked most of the night. Running the fan helped.

The house is very cozy and comfortable and clean. The pool is nice and relaxing. The house is on a busy street but it sits back from the road so you don’t here the street noise. The owner is quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when in the area.

It was a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Beds were extremely comfortable, along with a spacious living room to hang out and entertain. The pool was amazing and had perfect depth. It was a fun getaway

Stay at Yuba City

There was a brief miscommunication at the beginning of our trip, but was resolved almost immediately. The overall property was clean and safe! Will definitely book again if I travel up North again!

Great outside space!!!

The overall property wasn't in the most desirable part of the city, but it was easy to get to with ample parking. There is a very large, private, well kept, outdoor space that makes you think you're at a private resort. The pool was magnificent! The house was cute and accommodating for the 8 of us.

A little Gem in Yuba City

We loved this place! Cute, clean, nicely decorated, awesome big pool/backyard area and Maria was very helpful and prompt in communicating with us. We stayed here because we went to a music festival at the Toyota Amphitheater and the location was great! Will definitely be back! Thank you Maria!

Great property

It is a cute house that is very clean and well kept. Perfect for all we needed it for was a place to sleep. The only complaint I have is that I asked the host if we could get into it one hour early and she said she would message me if it could happen and never did. We ended up having to change are cloths at the venue of the dinner we were in town attending and then only were in the house from 12am-9am. All beds are comfy and clean.

Good home with great pool area!

The house was clean and was perfect for our needs. There was off street parking behind a gate that allowed us to park our crew cab pickup with trailer. The pool area was fantastic although it was still too cold to swim, the California sunshine felt great! Thank You!

A hidden gem in an unlikely location

Apart from an issue with the access code upon arrival (which was sorted swiftly by the host), we found the property with ease. To be honest, we didn't realise the property was on a main road with commercial businesses a few doors away, however, we were impressed by the cleanliness and standard of the property. The facilities were all great, none more so than the size of the back yard and pool. The general location was perfect for our needs as we were attending our daughters wedding in Sutter. The pool provided a welcome cooling down from the hot weather for those who wanted to sunbathe, and the media entertainment coupled with the air conditioning provided a retreat for those in our party of 7 who wanted to stay inside . On the whole, we would recommend this property and would consider staying again if ever back in California.
