Beautifully renovated, The Summit is the highly desirable first-floor villa in Seagrove Beach and is closest to the beach. This private, low-rise gated community of only 24 villas sits directly on coveted 30A with only 4 buildings and 2 villas per floor. With its classic coastal design, The Summit offers two spacious King bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, and a double Queen guestroom with an ensuite full bathroom. The expansive living and dining areas offer plenty of room to spread out and relax after a beach day. The well-stocked chefâs kitchen features custom white quartz countertops and an oversized island with 4 barstools. The sprawling coastal-washed dining table spaciously seats 8. The indoor gas fireplace offers "light-switch" convenience for cooler evenings or roasting sâmores. Double French doors lead out to the oversized patio, nestled quietly near the heated Olympic sized pool and outdoor shower.
Large laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your convenience, easily holds a pack & play or portable crib. High speed Internet and smart TVs in each room. The Summit has many wonderful walkable and bikeable restaurants, shops and activities. No golf cart needed as you are under a 2 minute walk door to sand! Gas powered golf carts are allowed.
