Expansive ocean views along with privacy for this 2400 sf 3 bedroom 3 bath home

Our home has views of the Pacific Ocean, Doran Beach, Bodega Head, Inner Bodega Bay and the 10th hole the Trenton Jones Golf Course from most of the rooms. Located in South Bodega Harbor, this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is a short walk to the beach and the club house. Once in the house, visitors will find a beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms all on one level. Front deck has fantastic views of the bay. The back deck includes a hot tub and gas Weber BBQ. Margaret is an hotelier and loves hosting our guests.

The master bedroom has a California King while the second and third rooms have a queen bed each. Large flat screen TV in the living room and in the master bedroom.

Our kitchen has Wolf oven, cooktop and microwave and Subzero refrigerator. Additional, it is stocked with many kitchen aid mixer, Keurig, Nespresso and regular coffee maker.

The bathrooms are beautifully remodeled.

Our home is solar powered and has a Tesla charger.

This home is great for couples and families with a pack n play and kid toys!

Wonderful views, quiet neighborhood, owner went out of her way in all aspects. Kitchen well supplied and well designed. Hot tub a great plus, towels galore. I would highly recommend the home for a super ocean getaway.

Home away from home.

The home has wonderful views of Bodega Bay. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need to cook with Host was awesome and communicated well. Even had a little gift for when you arrived. Will definitely be staying again!!! Thank you!!

This property is stunning, bright and well decorated and offers gorgeous views from every room. It felt peaceful and welcoming like a true home away from home. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is impressively well stocked, which made dining in easy. The host is very responsive and thoughtful, making every aspect of our visit from arrival to departure easy. We had an amazing time and would stay again!

Beautiful house and view

One of our favorite VRBOs. Very clean and beautiful home. The ocean and golf course views are wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. 3 bathrooms - one for each room! All clean. Tons of towels. The hot tub was perfect temp and great to use. Easy to get to and very safe neighborhood. The host provided great instructions and was very easy to reach. Simply wonderful stay!

Top favorite VRBO

House was perfect. There were 3 couples, rooms perfect for each couple. The views were amazing. We came here for the Sonoma wineries and bodega bay views and we got both! The hot tub was warm and welcoming after a day at the winery. Beds comfy, and house very clean. Very important to me and the home did not disappoint. Host had a list of local eateries. Very helpful. We flew into SFO and drove up. Very beautiful drive. The rolling green hills and escape from the business was an additional plus. Got to enjoy the “play list”.We will be repeat guest again without a doubt.

Beautiful home, wonderful weekend!

We throughly enjoyed everything about our weekend in Bodega at this beautiful home! The kitchen is heavenly, the three separate bedrooms- each with their own bathroom space. The hot tub! The deck! The view! The fireplace!!!! Really though, the best part might have been the service and kindness shared from the homeowner. We use VRBO often and in Bodega, we tend to use the local property management company, but the service we got this weekend was the best we’ve ever had. She went out of her way for us and it set in motion the most memorable 50th birthday celebration!!! Thank you!!!

Excellence in Bodega

We have stayed in many places in Bodega Harbour. This is without a doubt my favorite. The house is spacious and comfortable, well equipped, has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, a great view of the ocean, and is a short walk to the beach.

Great location for a relaxing getaway on north CA coast

Comfortable and clean house with nice views on the beautiful CA coast. Host was friendly and courteous and house was well appointed with a good supply of basic needs. Hot tub worked great. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and nice meals. Enjoyed and will hope to return.

This house is our favorite!

This is our second visit to this beautiful home and it’s our favorite in Bodega Bay! It is so well appointed and the views are out of this world! A home away from home

We love the layout of this home as well as the view. Spacious bedrooms and baths, an open-plan kitchen and living spaces, good bed and bath linens and a well-appointed kitchen all make us feel like we’re home. It’s lovey, clean and comfortable! The property and location are beautiful. Margaret was easy to communicate with. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated being able to park in the garage although the stairs are steep and there are a couple of level changes to watch out for on the main floor. Exceptional!

This was such an ideal get-away. The house is pristine and beautifully appointed. The views are unmatched. The hosts were kind, communicative, efficient and quick to respond. The neighborhood is not only surrounded by beauty there are plenty of walking paths and a couple different trails to the beach both easy and challenging. The bedroom/bathroom layout was ideal as each is in their own quadrant of the house. Parking in the garage was a nice plus. The house was fully stocked with absolutely everything one needs. Everyone in our party wants to make this an annual retreat. This property is a treat! Wish I could have stayed longer!

Margaret and Dave have owned this beautiful house since 2017. Prior to that, they vacationed in Bodega Harbour at Margaret’s parents home since 1984. Their children spent many days exploring the beach and tide pools. They currently reside in the east bay and are busy watching their grandchildren but still find time to enjoy this amazing home.

Our beach house is very private as it has three separate bedrooms with baths nearby. The views throughout the house are fantastic. The many skylights bring natural light to the house. It is often referred to as cozy.

Our beach house is ideal for a romantic get-away, friends gathering to enjoy each other and it is ideal for families. The house is kid friendly and we have pack-n-plays, high chairs, kids books and toys.

The house is very sustainable with solar energy and EV charger.
