Come enjoy this newly built modern condominium in the heart of Downtown Grand Haven. This Property is located directly next to Grand Haven Municipal Marina and The Wharf Marina. Enjoy a short walk to the farmers market, splash pad, parks, and white sandy beaches. Just a couple of blocks away from this prime location, you will also find unique boutiques, dinning, bars and much more entertainment. Watch our top rated fireworks, nightly musical fountains, and the most luxurious boats travel the channel just steps outside your door. In addition to the 3 comfortable beds, we also have a single sofa sleeper in the living room where we can accommodate a 7 person rental. All bed linens and bath linens are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils- perfect for your vacation stay. The place was perfect as far as space & location. Very inviting atmosphere. However, it’s the little things that matter …The bottom room had dirty, sandy sheets, the toilet paper was one-ply, the soap available at all the sinks was very watery & had separated, & the beds could use extra sleeping pillows …Like I said, it’s the little things that make a difference.

This was a great stay for a girls’ trip weekend! Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been simpler, and the space was clean and beautiful. Great access for walking and biking to downtown and the beach. There were six of us, who all packed like we going on an 90-day expedition, and yet the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo

Went with 2 other couples for the weekend the place was beautiful and the location was perfect. I only did 4 stars because of the 3rd bedroom was nothing like we expected it was so small the bed was up against the wall on 3 sides therefore you could only exit the bed by crawling over the other person it would of been fine for maybe a couple kids but not 2 full grown adults the picture in the listing did not show how very tiny it was. And when you are splitting the cost between 3 couples it’s very disappointing I think they really need to specify on that 3rd bedroom.

Girls trip!

We had a great time! Grand Haven and the surrounding little towns was so nice! Downtown GH has the cutest little shops, everyone is so nice, all the dogs we seen where friendly! Would love to come back in the summer! Little chilly still here in April! Would highly recommend, we had plenty of space and room for us in Unit 237!!! Thank you!
