Lounge på vår vackra tropiska trädgården pool (uppvärmd under vintersäsongen) för året runt simning. Solstolar och parasoller finns på däck området och poolen är omgiven av svajande palmer och tropiska växter.

Vår exklusiva, vackra utses, tre sovrum, två badrum, överdimensionerade, låter hörn lägenhet du gå ner till sandstranden höger från balkongen trappan. Det stora sovrummet och vardagsrummet öppnar direkt till balkong med panoramautsikt över lugnande vattnet i Mexikanska golfen för att titta på dessa hisnande solnedgångar varje kväll. Den andra gästen sovrummet har också en egen balkong.

Beach Palms Fastigheten är välskött för ditt nöje med säkerhet på plats. Vår lägenhet har en underjordisk privat parkeringsplats. Vi har också en överraskning garderob fylld med stranden leksaker, flottar, is bröstet och solstolar för din användning.

Spacious beach front condo in quiet area with wonderful view of Gulf Coast. Close to restaurants and short drive to St. Petersburg, Tampa to the south and Clearwater to the north.

Beach Vacation

This was a perfect spot for a beach vacation. The condo was fantastic. It was plenty of space for our family of 7 including a one year old infant. Right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and plenty of activities. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!

Beautiful place at a great location

This was an awesome condo right on the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunset every day from our balcony. The condo itself was well equipped with everything you need for cooking and the host was polite and very friendly !!!! Definitely recommend staying here !

Great location

Very conveniently located, and the view is obviously great. The master bath layout is a bit unique for the able bodied. However, it’s a great setup for someone using a walker. There’s even a portable shower seat. It’s also very close to the elevator, and has a nice open flow. The owners are pleasant as well.

Accommodations were very welcoming, home away from home! Location was perfect! View was spectacular, Beach not crowded - family oriented. All stores, restaurants, etc. in close proximity. Relaxing & Rejuvenating! Best family vacation ever! We will be returning!

Violet Himley är värd

Vie HImley is an original owner in this condo building. She and George surprised the family after a trip to Treasure Island in 1989 when they returned home and advised that they had bought a condo on the beach! It was always their dream to move from Illinois to Florida in their earlier years, but it never worked out. The condo has been the center of the extended family's fun times since 1991. Many grandchildren learned to swim in the condo's pool. Vie has loved to share her 2nd home with guests for all these years, and hopes that you love the condo and area as much as she and her family do.

It had to be on the beach, it had to be nice and quiet, it had to have good restaurants around, and lots to do, or nothing to do. When they saw the sales trailer that spring, 1989, they knew the location was perfect!
