Hosted by "Bourbon City Rentals", come explore our newly renovated 3BR, 2BA 4th-floor beachfront condo, offering panoramic Gulf views. Ideally positioned between St Pete and Clearwater Beach in the serene Indian Shores, we're on the popular pool side, the not bird sanctuary side. Enjoy access to our year-round heated pool. Experience our pristine interiors featuring custom cabinets, quartz surfaces, fresh laminate solid surface, and a kitchen fully-equipped with modern conveniences including a washer/dryer.
You will be centrally located between St Pete & Clearwater Beach. St Pete is home to many wonderful museums, restaurants, a recently built $92 million Pier, & murals. Clearwater Beach is home to the Winter the dolphin at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, boat rentals, fishing charters, pirate tours, helicopter tours, & a wide variety of restaurants.
