The overall property was subdivided into several rental units. My particular unit was exactly as described, beautiful, well equipped, and nicely decorated. Due to the fact that there are shared walls between the units as well as the main house, there was some residual noise. This is definitely not a complaint, just an observation. For example, there were toddlers making happy noises, and I heard some TV noise through the wall adjacent to my bed. Again, nothing wrong with that; it was just people having a good time, not obtrusive, not loud, and just part of enjoying life! The host was very flexible with me regarding accommodating an early check-in time. That was very much appreciated after my long drive from Southern California.

Great spot!

This studio is a welcome alternative to a casino hotel room. Plenty of space for two, private, quiet, everything you need without the smoky casino crawl and lack of kitchenette. The location was great for our softball tournament and airport. Will look to stay when we return to Las Vegas later this year!

Comfortable studio near airport

My wife and I spent a weekend in this comfortable studio. It was clean and quiet. We were busy throughout the stay so didn't spend much time there. The bed was great, so we got the sleep we needed.

11/10 stars. Place was clean, very functional, and just overall amazing. Pool was lovely, the hosts were clearly attentive, but left us to ourselves because we didn’t need anything. Will look to stay here again next time for sure. Thanks again! D & J

Quiet studio close enough to all the fun things to do

I enjoyed my stay. There were nice little touches around the place like the throw and extra pillows on the couch to be more comfortable. If a kitchen is a must, then this is a great option - it was better equipped than many kitchenettes I've used in the past. I went in the off-season in Vegas, so it was super quiet. I'm happy that I was able to stay here even if the trip into town was short.
