There are 3 parking spots to park in the house and more available nearby in front of the property, but is in the street and not managed by us.
Metromover and Bus stations are 5 blocks away.

Our location is unbeatable! Brickell is one of the most modern and stylish areas in Miami. Publix(Grocery store) across the street and also a Walgreens (pharmacy) 24/7 next to the property.
Beaches are 20 min driving.
“Calle 8” 5 min driving
Metro mover for free. You can go to bayside, downtown and many places
and your ride is free.

Pets are welcome!
We charge a pet fee of $145 per pet/stay/cleaning. Any damage or complaint in the property due to bringing your pet(s) can be reflected in extra charges or cancellation. Please let us know when you're bringing them, if you bring more than one pet, the platform automatically collect's the first pet's fee, so we'll collect the additional pet fees separately.
-This property has a self-checkin.
-Parking is in first come first serve basis.
-We have internet TV with Hulu, Netflix and live Xfinity TV which you can get to from the Roku homepage, you must use your own credentials to login in these platforms.

Dogs are welcome! There is a $145 fee for dogs. If you leave your dog alone we ask that you make sure they don’t complain to others while you’re gone. If they do we will call you to come back to make them happy. You can crate them if you think they will eat the furniture and make sure they know they will be charged extra for damages. If they agree they can come... as long as they are nice!

*RAINSTORM or HURRICANE POLICY:
No refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane
Warning area" and/or
A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

We provide self check in but we always happy to help and assist in person if needed.
