Lemonada, a 1920's home, converted into a stylish experience! Centrally-located and thoughtfully designed. Our sprawling sundeck boasts ocean views with room to relax and unwind. Your family can, literally, see you from the beach! You may not need your car the entire trip, there is so much walkability here.

Room for 6 guests upstairs (4 adults & 2 kids preferably). Downstairs gameroom, hammocks for relaxing, outdoor shower, small grill and 2 bikes.

Guests will have access to the entire home, excluding the "Tom Cat Cellar Suite," manager closet upstairs and the locked garage area downstairs.

Lots of restaurants, bars, rentals, shopping all within walking distance. 15 minute walk to the Pleasure Pier. The beach is right across the street.

Room for 2 vehicles in private driveway. Street parking is by permit only.

**BRING** bug spray, Flip flops & your own beach towels. There are mosquitos, sand fleas & sticky burr plants in all the grass in Galveston. We do not provide beach towels.

** Note: every stay over 2 nights will be charged an extra $40 hot tub cleaning fee for every 2 days on the property. This keeps the tub sanitary and in good condition.
