The Berrywood - Walkable Studio in Hip East Nashville

Refreshingly minimalist with a pop of bright personality, you will love the simple layout of this space, which is perfectly stocked with all the necessary essentials to make any Nashville journey a successful one. The cozy couch, comfortable bed, simple kitchenette, and bath are complimented by natural light and and colorful decor so you'll feel right at home! And venturing out is an absolute breeze! Enjoy a 10 minute sidewalk stroll to nearby Riverside Village, Dose Cafe, Mitchell's Deli, Village Pub and more, or a short bike ride to beautiful Shelby Bottoms park! It's also a quick drive to Hip Five Points area and Downtown Broadway - two of Nashville's staple areas that you won't want to miss! Please note, that while we do have heating and cooling in the studio, it is not central heat/air.

Layout:
This sunny studio is located on the lower level of the home and is comprised of a quaint sitting area with television (and Amazon Fire Stick), table, kitchenette, bathroom, and queen sized bed. This is a completely private space with a separate entrance. However, please note that there are tenants that live upstairs! 

Parking:
There is on site parking under the carport. There are 2 spots available for guests. Please leave one spot available at all times for owner of the home. The carport is just outside of the entrance to the rental space.  

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. 

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

Safely Screening:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest screening can be found at Safely's website, Safely dot com. You may receive an email from Concierge at Safely dot com to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email, and contact Safely at Concierge at Safely dot com or go to Safely dot com, if you have any questions. Additionally, I agree that the rental agreement must be signed and Safely guest screening must be completed within 3 days, otherwise my stay will be cancelled.
