Cozy 3 bedroom Bear Paw Lake house updated

Nestled in a private gated community is a 3 bedroom 2 bath chalet to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Walking distance to pool/playground. We are located within 25 minutes of Camelback, Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Kalahari indoor Water Park, H2O, Pocono Outdoor Adventure Tours, Pinchot Forest, Boulder Field, Hickory Run State Park and more.

Arrowhead lake has 3 pools, 4 beaches, 4 playgrounds, rental shack which lets you rent Canoes, Kayaks and Paddleboards, and Bikes. They also have a clubhouse.

Other things to note
Guests are required to register online with Arrowhead Lake Community. Additional community fees are as follows:

REGISTRATION:
- $35 online registration fee
- ALL community fees must be paid 3 days prior to arrival date or community association will cancel guest reservation and will DENY access to community. (This is the community association policy and I have no control over it.)

-Guests must go to the main gate to gain access to the community. The address for the main gate is 961 Arrowhead Dr, Pocono Lake, PA 18347. If you use the property address it will send you to the wrong gate

VEHICLES (entry gate card will be provided at community check-in center):
- Each vehicle is $20

AMENITIES (wrist bands required and provided at community check-in center):
- Summer Season (May 15-Sept 15): $8.50/person/day or $42.50/person/week
- Winter Season (Sept 16-May 14): $2/person/day

PLEASE NOTE: These are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Arrowhead. These fees are not included in the booking price and must be paid separate. Fees must be paid at least 3 days before arrival.
