Arrowhead Lake Association has specific fees for temporary membership and vehicle registration. These fees will be requested by property manager after booking is completed and paid separately during your registration with Arrowhead Lake. See the table below for fee structure.

We will pre-register you with Arrowhead Lake Community and then you will get a reimbursement request from us, for the fees requested by Arrowhead Lake community. The registration fee of $20 is non refundable, and no changes can be made within 72 hrs prior to your arrival.

Arrowhead Community fees are as follows:
$20 registration fee
$20 gate card (per car)
$8.50/day per person over the age of 6 from May 24th until Sept 2nd or $2/person per day during the off season.
$100 last minute registration fee if the information is not submitted at least 72 hrs prior to check in date.

Please note these are not our fees. They are the community's fees. Our guests have to pick up their Welcome packet and gate cards at their rental office between 10 am to 10 pm (Please let us know ahead of time if you will be arriving outside those hours, so we can provide you with a different address to pick up your overnight gate card).
