Linens & bath towels provided. (Please bring your own beach/pool towels.)

KITCHEN: Keurig & regular coffee maker, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots/pans, salt & pepper, oil, dishware, & everything needed to cook basic meals

DINING ROOM: table for 4 & 4 upholstered bar stools

LIVING ROOM: sleeper sofa, 2 accent chairs, Amazon Fire TV, fireplace w/ gas logs

BEDROOM #1: king bed, dresser, walk in closet, micro office (desk and printer) attached bathroom w/ stand up shower, double sink vanity & toilet

BEDROOM #2: queen bed, dresser, Roku TV, bunk bed, closet

BATHROOM #2: (hallway door can be closed to give the option of a private en suite bathroom for Bedroom #2) shower/tub combo, sink, toilet

HOUSE RULES:

1. You MUST be over the age of 25 to rent this condo.

2. No smoking or vaping within 20 feet of the doorways. (no smoking on the back porch)

3. No pets allowed. (for those with severe allergies, please note the owners bring a dog to the condo on occasion)

4. No gatherings, parties, or events allowed.

5. Quiet hours must be observed from 10pm-7am.

6. Please keep wet towels & clothing off the furniture and carpets.

Mariners Landing is one of the most picturesque year-round destinations with a 18-hole Robert Trent Jones, Sr. golf course, lakeside resort, country club amenities and an inviting community.

FIREPLACE: Guests may use the gas fireplace in the cold season.

PARKING: There's a large parking lot just outside the condo. (wheelchair space & ramp provided). The boat ramp is just around the front side of the building.

PETS: We do NOT allow pets at the condo. (sorry, we are firm) For our guests with severe allergies, please note that the owner does bring a dog on occasion to the condo.

POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL GUEST SURCHARGES

1. No Party Policy: Airbnb has announced a ban on parties. Planning a party at this property will result in an early checkout and possible fines up to $1,000.

2. $30 Towel Convenience Fee: Please use the makeup removal wipes and gray washcloths provided in each bathroom to avoid the $30 convenience fee for bath towels permanently stained.

3. $250 Pet Fee: We are animal lovers, but this is an animal free listing. (with the exception of the owners' dog) If a pet is discovered on the property, a $250 fee plus damages will be charged, and the pet(s) must be removed immediately.
