About this space
A private laid back beach bungalow 300 steps from the beach at 13th street in Cocoa Beach! In a very safe area of town, only 5 minutes from restaurants and bars in downtown Cocoa Beach and 10-15 minutes from the Port! It's a private downstairs apartment with a living room TV, kitchen with a full set of dishes, cooking utensils, pots & pans, a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker & toaster.
The space
The bedroom has a full size bed (with a foldout couch bed in the living room), dresser, bathroom/shower, with fresh clean towels & linens for your stay. We also have beach umbrellas & access to rental surfboards and stand up paddle boards. The hosts live upstairs so if you need any recommendations or accommodations we are happy to help! We will respect your privacy! Come relax in and enjoy all that Cocoa Beach has to offer.

Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Downtown Cocoa Beach is only a short walk or ride.

Bungalow in Cocoa Beach

This a perfect location if you want to hit the beach, bars, or restaurants in Cocoa Beach. It's a great little one bedroom that is suitable for one person or a couple. Would definitely book again if I was in the area. Check in and out were super simple and the owners live on site and are very accessible.

Wonderful stay within walking distance of beach!

Such a wonderful stay! Maria Elena and Stu were very responsive and wonderful hosts. The backyard and landscaping at the house is gorgeous! And 5min walk to the beach! Amazing location. Very quiet and cute apartment with a full kitchen. We'll definitely be back!

couldn't have been better!

a block to the ocean and a block and a half to an inlet off the river to see manatees! easy to view the atlantic sunrise, and swim in ocean. perfect size accomodations for me and 2 teenagers, with the couch for one. nice to be a short distance from the down town area of cocoa beach, to promote peacefulness, but close enough for easy access. I did however turn the wrong way onto the one way road... there are signs literally everywhere. Hosts were wonderful!

Weekend getaway to Cocoa Beach

2nd time we’ve stayed at this gem. Perfect location, as we needed to go to Melbourne & Titusville. The hosts are friendly & close by if you need anything. Glad we met them this trip. Great location, quiet, close to the ocean. Their place was clean & comfortable. Had everything we needed & a lovely space out back to enjoy.

Vacation

We wanted beach time when attending a conference in Orlando so we came to Cocoa beach This place was perfect for what we needed, clean and close to the beach and restaurants. Easy to communicate with the owner, access to boogie boards and beach towels, plus an outdoor area to sit outside. We were comfortable and found it convenient.

Everything you need for a beach stay!

Property was clean, easy walk to the beach, everything you needed if you wanted to make some meals in. Close to downtown Coco Beach, easy to get to the Kennedy Space Center. I would stay again!

Perfect beach getaway

Stu and Maria Elena were great! Very responsive! The unit was perfect for me. It had the basics and a super comfortable bed 😂! The beach is “right around the corner.” If you’re looking for clean, cozy, and low key this is the place. I look forward to my next stay!

Wonderful stay

My son and I stayed here for our vacation. The hosts were very nice and they had everything we needed! My son said the pull out couch was very comfortable. It was very quiet and peaceful as well. It was nice that everything we wanted to do was easily accessible. When we visit this area again (we enjoyed our visit so much we are definitely planning another trip) we will definitely stay here!

Cozy unit close to the beach

My husband and I were in Cocoa beach for 2 days, and this place was perfect. Its cozy for sure, but for a short stay it wasnt a problem for us. The location was great; just a block from the beach and a few miles away from "downtown" bussle. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves, which was amazing. The rental was stocked with everything we needed for the beach as well (coolers, towels, umbrella, chairs) which was great! The umbrella had some damage to it which we dealt with the best we could, but I did let Elena know when I saw her outside watering plants. We had a little trouble getting the key out of the lockbox so I did call Stu, and he called me back in less than 3 mins. The hosts were great, very friendly and accessible if needed. If we stop back to cocoa beach, we know where to go! Thank you Elena and Stu!!

Great Stay in Cocoa Beach!

Perfect layout and comfortable bungalow with a backyard area to enjoy. Very short walk to beach. Short drive to river for kayaking through the mangroves. Hosts were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home.

Lovely Bungalow close to everything!

This sweet bungalow was clean with everything you would need for a stay in Cocoa Beach. A very short walk to beach access. Quiet neighborhood with easy access in and out. Very responsive hosts. Quaint shared backyard with a small outside high top for morning coffee. Host provides towels, beach towels, chairs, coolers, plates, and anything else you would want. Parking spot guaranteed right outside unit. Don’t sleep on this gem!!

Cozy little apartment, excellent location, close to beaches, shopping, grocery store. Owners super nice people, very helpful directing us to good restaurants and beaches, responded right away if we needed something.

Great getaway

My daughter turned 21 and wanted to go on a road trip with me, as I live in Europe and she lives in the States. We wanted a relaxing place to just spend time together and catch up. The apartment was perfect. It was clean with great proximity to the beach and a variety of other activities and restaurants. The management was attentive, yet respected our privacy. It was a memorable and great trip. Hopefully we will return someday for another visit.
