VÄNLIGEN NOTERA! FRÅN 15-15/2019 GJENNA APPX 11/15/2019 kommer det att bygga ljud nära fastigheten när gångvägar renoveras i komplexet.

Denna lägenhet på bottenvåningen vid havet är en bit av himlen. Stig ut bakdörren till det vackra Atlanten. Cirka 50 minuter från Disney, Universal Studios och Sea World. 10 minuter från Port Canaveral och alla större kryssningsfartyg. Hem för Kennedy Space Center se och KÄNN raketen som lanseras från din balkong.

Familjevänlig strand, inga bilar tillåtna, aktiva sköldpaddor. Massor av sand att begrava pappa och mycket tyst för mamma att ta en paus och koppla av. Ta en jogging på morgonen och en romantisk promenad vid solnedgången. Gott om fiske direkt från stranden eller ta en djuphavsfiskeutflykt från hamnen. Stig ut ur havet i färskvattenpoolen med jaktstolar för att sola, däckbitar för vila och bord för att bara umgås.

Bekväma shopping minuter från din ytterdörr och massor av matställen från snabbmat till couture mat. Shopping också i närheten.

Awesome Condo

As always, condo was exceptional! The place had everything you needed and was spotless! The owner Rex had given us advance notice through text of a rocket launch that we were unaware of. We’ve been coming to this condo for 8 years and will continue.

Perfect location!

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend and it was amazing! The condo is right on a quieter stretch of beach and had everything you could possibly need for the ultimate beach day (chairs, towels, tent, etc). The condo was pristinely clean, very quiet, and the communication with the renter was quick and informative. Highly recommended!

Excellent Beachfront Condo

Beach (right outside your door) heated pool, rocket launches, and restaurants within a short walk. This condo is perfect for a laid back beach break. We love it!

Lovely condo!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with many needed household items which was very convenient. Beautiful view of a gorgeous beach. Rex the owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall great place. Located pretty much in the heart of cocoa beach, you can walk just about anywhere. kind of a pain to pull in to but its right next to the ocean!

Great stay in Cocoa Beach

We recently stayed for a week in this condo and had a great stay. We have two small children so the set up in the condo was great for us. We liked being on the ground floor as it was really nice being able to walk out the door and right to the pathway to the beach and pool. We didn’t actually use the pool but it looked nice. The beach is great and that’s where we spent most of our time. The condo is also in walking distance to some good restaurants and not far at all from grocery stores, the main area in Cocoa Beach, etc.The host was also very helpful and very fast in responding.

Had an amazing time at Rex's condo - everything you need and more - bed super comfy - it was lovely to be able to walk to the beach - some local restaurants and bars also walking distance - Gregory's and Coconuts both great food - thank you Rex for sharing your home - we will definitely be back

Great location just steps from the beach. The unit is very nice and has great views of the ocean from the main bedroom and the walkout patio. Would stay there again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We love Rex's condo! Super clean, great space for a family to hang out and everything you need in the kitchen, baths and bedrooms. Less than five minute walk to the beach and a great pool for a relaxing swim in the later afternoon. Walkable to many restaurants and stores. Rex is very easy to communicate with and sends all the updates for rocket launches (perfect location to see them from the patios and beach). We hope to be back for our family's vacations for years to come!

Perfect!

We loved our stay at this condo! It was a spontaneous and short trip to see the Heavy Falcon launch. We were so pleased with everything at the condo from the cleanliness, the comfort, the oceanfront view and easy access to the beach, the pool, to the beach chairs, toys, etc. provided. Relaxing getaway

My family and I had a great time at this condo. All you need for a day at the beach is provided. Nearby restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Condo was stocked with supplies if you wanted to cook at home as well. Rex was easy to get in touch with and made check in/check out seamless. We hope to visit again soon!

Cocoa Beach Condo - "Loved it"

The condo was everything we hoped for and we are looking forward to returning. Condo is clean with very nice furniture and everything you need. The location sets this condo apart, loved having the 1st floor on the beach and having access to the garage was a "huge" benefit. Spanish Main is a fantastic condo resort on.a great beach. I recommend this condo and resort.

Excellent location

We enjoyed a few nights at this awesome, ocean front condo! Truly a few steps from the beach & pool, this first floor condo is great!! Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of soaps, cleaning supplies, a washer-dryer, and more chairs, beach supplies, etc than you’ll ever need!

Clean & Comfortable Cocoa Beach Condo

We wanted a ground level clean & comfortable condo with a pool on the beach. We loved watching the ships passing by and watching a night launch from our patio. Great memories!
