Denna lĂ€genhet pĂ„ bottenvĂ„ningen vid havet Ă€r en bit av himlen. Stig ut bakdörren till det vackra Atlanten. Cirka 50 minuter frĂ„n Disney, Universal Studios och Sea World. 10 minuter frĂ„n Port Canaveral och alla större kryssningsfartyg. Hem för Kennedy Space Center se och KÄNN raketen som lanseras frĂ„n din balkong.

FamiljevÀnlig strand, inga bilar tillÄtna, aktiva sköldpaddor. Massor av sand att begrava pappa och mycket tyst för mamma att ta en paus och koppla av. Ta en jogging pÄ morgonen och en romantisk promenad vid solnedgÄngen. Gott om fiske direkt frÄn stranden eller ta en djuphavsfiskeutflykt frÄn hamnen. Stig ut ur havet i fÀrskvattenpoolen med jaktstolar för att sola, dÀckbitar för vila och bord för att bara umgÄs.

Nice condo. Can see ocean a little on outside porch and master bedroom windows. Close to all kind restaurants and beach stores. Would go back. My only complaints is the sliding door to get to outside patio was hard as hell. Almost took the hulk to open and close. I also dont like clocks not being in bedrooms. But would go back but with something to sliding glass slide

This was our 2 year staying in Rex’s condo. He is an excellent host. The condo has anything you callus need in the kitchen and then some. Check in is as easy as putting in your personal code given to you a couple days before arrival. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks for another great year at the beach!!! See you next year

Very clean. Lots of space. Owner was very responsive to messages and very accommodating. We flew in early and was able to access the condo before check in. Parking was ok. Few parking spaces close but they have a big lot behind the garages to park.

Perfect location!

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend and it was amazing! The condo is right on a quieter stretch of beach and had everything you could possibly need for the ultimate beach day (chairs, towels, tent, etc). The condo was pristinely clean, very quiet, and the communication with the renter was quick and informative. Highly recommended!

Great stay in Cocoa Beach

We recently stayed for a week in this condo and had a great stay. We have two small children so the set up in the condo was great for us. We liked being on the ground floor as it was really nice being able to walk out the door and right to the pathway to the beach and pool. We didn’t actually use the pool but it looked nice. The beach is great and that’s where we spent most of our time. The condo is also in walking distance to some good restaurants and not far at all from grocery stores, the main area in Cocoa Beach, etc.The host was also very helpful and very fast in responding.

Great spot for a relaxing time

We really enjoyed being ground-level oceanfront. We could hear the sounds of the waves crashing, day and night (which we really liked!) The room is so close to the beach, that you can easily run back to the room for anything you need. Walking the beach (or sidewalk along A1A if you prefer) for less than a mile (.7mi) you have access to restaurants/bars and live music! We asked our Uber driver to stop at a Publix on the way from the airport to the condo, and only needed a ride once. We went to Port Canaveral for a gambling cruise, followed by a Space-X rocket launch watch at Fishlips! This was a great time of year for a visit, and the weather was perfect.
