You are easily within 20 minutes from floating the Guadalupe River, 20 minutes from Wimberley’s Blue Hole and multiple hiking trails, a number of restaurants and live-music venues just minutes away as well as parks and public beaches. If you enjoy concerts, the Whitewater Amphitheater is also about 20 minutes away and they are known for their lineups. The famous small town of Gruene and the infamous Gruene Hall are just a 30 minute drive away. Gruene offers live music and great food. The Texas spring-fed water park known as Schlitterbahn is 40 minutes away and offers water park fun for the whole family. If the vineyards are your friend, the Fredericksburg wine country is a 45 minute drive to some of the best Texas vineyards you will find, not to mention the great shopping!
