Live music and dining are within walking distance. Two public beach access points are a three-minute drive or an eight-minute bike ride away. Or you can take a pleasant short stroll along tree-lined streets and a walking trail that traverses a covered bridge with views of Draper Lake. A welcoming abode with ample indoor and outdoor living and dining space, there will be plenty of room for your crew to both relax and entertain. When you want to hit the waves, Blue Mountain Beach is less than two miles from home.

Sip morning coffee on the 36-foot-long screened-in front porch equipped with a chaise lounge, rocking chairs, and a hanging bed. Have coffee or play cards while watching the birds in the front yard trees or dine alfresco on the secluded back deck and paved patio. Inside, find wood floors, plush furnishings, and all the comforts of home. Kick back on the light blue sofas for movie nights on the TV. A full kitchen is equipped with a suite of appliances, a coffee bar, and a four-person table. Added perks include complimentary WiFi and TVs with streaming capabilities. *The lot to the left of the home has begun clearing of the lot getting it ready for a new home to be built. We would like to inform our guests to be aware of the construction nearby as they may experience noise during business hours.

Security camera details: Camera locked on front and back of home, not in view of any private areas! One located on the left side corner of the front and one on the back deck pointed at the driveway. Camera's are active.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
