Overall, we had a good stay and the property was nice and comfortable. The location worked well for us, and other than one issue, we really didn’t have any complaints.Unfortunately, during our stay we found two large live cockroaches inside the home on separate occasions, as well as one large dead cockroach in the utility/mechanical closet. We understand that bugs can be more common in Florida, especially during the warmer months, and the property does mention having pest control, but finding multiple large cockroaches inside was definitely unpleasant. Other than the cockroach issue, everything else about our stay was honestly fine.

Great place. Great location.

Very nice little house. Easy walk to Blue Mountain beach and a couple of good restaurants. Short drive to Topsail Hill and Grayton Beach State parks and even more restaurants.

Great Location

We loved being close enough to walk to the beach and being in Blue Mountain, first time at that community on 30A. Our favorite restaurant in the area ended up being Redfish Taco at happy hour.

Perfect space and place for a family beach vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay. The rental was perfect for our family vacation. Quiet neighborhood, fire pit, deck to enjoy meals on, outside shower, comfy beds, laundry...easy walk to a beautiful beach...everything we wanted. We will be coming back!

Wonderful stay!

We are a family of 4 and we really enjoyed our stay! The location is great for easy beach access and ice cream for dessert :) The house had everything we needed for a memorable week. Our kids especially loved playing with the games, puzzles, and toys!

Perfect Location

Not only was this property super cute, it was in an excellent location. Walking distance to the clear blue waters, and a short distance away from the creamery and bakery. It wasn’t hard to get to Destin locations either
