The three bedrooms include a charming primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom offering dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate Roman soaking tub. Includes coffee pot and Keurig. Crockpot, air fryer, fans, and chairs provided. 1 set chair with umbrella on the beach. Also additional ones in the unit.

Some other must-see, must-try area attractions include Shipwreck Island Waterpark, putt-putt golf, go-karts, arcades, and bumper boats. Take a ferry or charter a boat to Shell Island or stop by St. Andrews State Park to visit the jetties and snorkel your way through clear waters and beautiful marine life.

The temperature in the home is controlled by the owner. They will adjust to requests within reason.

THINGS TO KNOW
During spring break, this condo is only available to families or groups in which all occupants are at least 25 years of age.Beach chair service rentals are available from March 1 until October 31; this is not included in your rental.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
