Very clean. Beds were excellent. Safe neighborhood convenient to good restaurants. There is a really nice park close with basketball goals, pickle ball, and a soccer field - huge hit with my 14 year old son and his buddies.

Everything was wonderful for the most part. I do wish the kitchen had more available. We are a family of 6 and like to cook while we are away. There were minimal pots/pans/utensils/dishware. We made it work but it was a problem. We had to go purchase a skillet. We didn’t even have enough cookware available to make pasta. There were also a few outlets that were out of the wall and seemed a little sketchy.

Nice clean place

We all enjoyed our stay at Clark’s place. Whenever we had a question or concern about anything, even when we had trouble getting in due to a lock malfunction, Clark picked up right away and got us back in at a moment’s notice. We look forward to returning to this place in the future.

Great location for our event!

We stayed here for our USTA sectionals competition. It was perfect location and close to many restaurants. It was quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed including a coffee bar which was nice for mornings. We definitely enjoyed staying here.

Great area/location

During my stay I felt the location and area were great. Nice quiet neighborhood that feels safe. Not far from the mall and great restaurants. Takes about an hour to drive into downtown Houston.

Excellent stay

The property was exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Located in a very nice neighborhood that was quiet. We were very comfortable for our stay as it had everything we needed. We loved that it was close to The Woodlands shopping centers and restaurants.

Excellent location and perfect home to stay in

We stayed for our daughters baby shower. The home is very well maintained, warm and inviting. Communicating with Clark was wonderful. He was atttentive and answered me quickly. The location is wonderful and only 20 minutes to the IAH Airport. The mall is also very close by. Perfect home for 4 of us. Will definitely stay again.

Inadequate

The house was very clean however found a living roach in the bathroom. We went to a hotel instead. Our payment was refunded with little hassle. The property manager could have been more helpful with the initial communication.

Perfect stay

Clean and very well appointed. Wanted for nothing. The photographs perfectly capture this nice house. We were comfortable and happy here. Nice to have our pups along. Close to everything fun in The Woodlands.

Family Stay

We had a good stay while in The Woodlands. I would suggest some outdoor sensor lights & house number on the home. We were a late arrival and it was hard to see without lighting. When I locked ourselves out of the home one evening, management replied very quickly and there was a spare key in a close lockbox.

Great house

Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows! My wife and I loved the location. Right around the corner from the woodlands mall, walking trails and park. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will stay here again.

Great location

We came in to visit the new granddaughter and it was exactly what we needed. Pet friendly, close to the baby and spacious enough to have company over when we wanted. The house was clean and the dogs loved the fenced yard.

Great stay in the Woodlands

My son and I stayed here while he was playing in a baseball tournament in Houston. The home was perfect for what we needed and very close to great restaurants and things to do during our down time. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and felt safe.
