Enjoy comfortable Santa Fe living in this two-level townhome with high-end finishes. Relax by the living area's wood-burning fireplace or enjoy an evening cocktail on the private flagstone courtyard is accessible via French doors in both the living and dining rooms, making it easy to dine alfresco at the table.

You'll be only about 350 yards from the New Mexico 475 that leads to Ski Santa Fe 15 miles away, where you can enjoy the day on the slopes, and come back, rack your skis and enjoy a nice fire at home, or head into town for a local dinner. Immerse yourself in Santa Fe's rich arts, and culture scene; the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, New Mexico Museum of Art, and New Mexico History Museum are just a few blocks away! Take in a beautiful view of the city from historic Fort Marcy Park or head to Santa Fe Plaza to shop for local wares - both are less than a mile away.

Relax beneath exposed wood beams known as vigas and enjoy the giant 66' TV with cable and Netflix. The regionally inspired furniture and artwork accentuate the space, which includes a queen sofa bed, love seat, armchair, and desk area. The group's chef will be drawn into the well-appointed kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops, knotty alder cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The dining room features a rustic wood table and direct access to the courtyard.

The primary bedroom boasts a gas fireplace, TV, and access to a private balcony with a bistro table. The convenient en suite bath includes a jetted soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom holds a large dresser, TV, and an en suite bathroom.

Complimentary WiFi, a stackable washer/dryer, a Wii, and a variety of books and board games are provided.

Great Santa Fe duplex in wonderful semi secluded area extremely close to the plaza.

Loved the comfort, the space, the decor, ease of operation and condition of appliances, many places to sit outside, fabulous primary suite shower, large TV screen which we’d never appreciated before this.

Fantastic home!

This was one of our favorite vacation rentals ever! Well appointed, comfortable beds, and lots of space! It was also great to be able to walk to the plaza, walk to restaurants, etc. overall it was a wonderful stay!

Great place for kids in Santa Fe

Spacious house, plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. Beds were comfortable. Easy walk to the plaza and restaurants.

Great home and location!

Wonderful!!!

What a wonderful place to stay. The place is updated, and very comfortable. The owner, Kim, is amazing to work with, and communicates very well! We loved coming back to a warm and comfortable place after a day of snow skiing!

This rental is beautifully decorated, well stocked and within walking distance of downtown Santa Fe. We loved the fireplace and looking out on our snow covered private courtyard. Perfect in every way!

Quaint Home in Santa Fe

The home was clean, nicely decorated, close to downtown and within walking distance to the highlights of the city. Fabulous. We would stay there again no doubt. Loved it. The kitchen was one of our favorite features.

Foothills Perfection

We can’t say enough about the lovely accommodations of this vacation home. Perfectly located for everything we wanted to do in Santa Fe and an easy walk to the Plaza. This is a warm, comfortable home with every amenity we needed. The owner Kim was easy to communicate with and her hospitality shines in the house. We would definitely return.

Beautiful Well Apointed Condo

My husband and I went to Santa Fe for a work/vacay last weekend. I compared nice hotels with Homeaway/VBRO vacation rentals and for the price this was a better choice. This condo was very comfortable, absolutely beautiful and had everything you could possibly need weither it be a short or long stay. You could easily walk to the Plaza but we choose to use Uber due to limited parking. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Santa Fe.

Let's keep it a aeceet so it won't be booked. Seriously, everything first class and well decorated. Loved the master bedroom balcony and generious tv channels. The only thing i would improve is better quality of tollet paper.

Perfect home for a perfect visit to Santa Fe

This beautiful home was exactly as advertised and more. Beautifully decorated, wonderful patio and balcony, and easy walk to the city center. We all commented on how well appointed it was and had everything we needed. The cooling system wasn't working upon arrival, but it was a cool night and they fixed the problem the next day. We also loved and used the fireplace downstairs. The only other issue was we couldn't get the fireplace upstairs to work, but it was no big deal. I would recommend this unit to everyone. We loved it and had a blast.

Wonderful home within walking distance to Downtown Santa Fe

We loved staying at this home while our daughter showed her horse at the HIPICO Santa Fe Horse Show. The house is new, very clean and well stocked. Plenty of soft new towels and dishes. Kim was a delight and all her suggestions for restaurants were excellent! She always got back with me if we had any questions or didn't know where something was located. The house is very spacious and has lots of natural light during the day. We ate breakfast and dinner out on the private patio with perfect summer weather. The house architecture is a beautiful adobe style. Our family enjoyed being able to walk into town and shop or get dinner. Even though it is close in to town the house is very private and quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

Quick Weekend Trip

Nice property in an eclectic neighborhood. We went up for a spa and ski staycation. Cold weekend during Covid times, so I purchased firewood, and bundled up for excursions to the city center. A 10min walk to Plaza, restaurants, etc; crossing one busy street. The condo was clean, cozy and nicely finished; with the two bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware. FYI they provided a Keurig machine, but not K-cups. I appreciated the fluffy towels and rugs in the baths, and soft bed linens. Communication with manager seemed a bit corporate, but responsive.

Northeast Santa Fe Gem

The property in Santa Fe is close to the Plaza and has everything you need even a few books and games. We enjoyed the conversation topics. It is a especially clean two story home with parking, a living room, dining area, well appointed kitchen, half bath and laundry downstairs, king bed with bath and queen bed with bath upstairs. We met the housekeeper, she was pleasant, helpful and the house looks great. The only problem I have is with Airbnb. I think they could do a better job of showing all fees in the first page. Double the price listed is excessive. The cleaning fee and Security Fee should not be in addition to the room rate. Many people with finite resources are hurt by the revelations of large extra fees. Being up front with costs would be a best practice.

Great place to stay in Santa Fe!

Loved how comfortable the home, Casa del Norte, was. Loved the floor plan with the two bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms upstairs. Had privacy in both bedrooms in the way the condo was laid out. Also, loved the half bath downstairs. The kitchen had high end appliances. The entire condo had high end bath tubs, sinks, toilets, furniture, decor (Santa Fe style to enhance the charm of being in such an enchanting city). It was just a lovely place to stay with a nice private patio with a gas grill. The fireplace was really nice. We enjoyed having a fire in the fireplace several nights during our stay. Also, the location was ideal. Only a 15 minute walk to the plaza and very close proximity to Sprouts and Market Street grocery stores. The only negative was that the dishwasher didn't work. We reported it to Vacasa the second night of our 5 night stay with a response that they would have the local Vacasa staff have it fixed. They never responded after several attempts. Not sure why this was not attended to and makes me wonder how responsive Vacasa would be on a more urgent issue. Aside from the aggravation of having to hand wash a few dishes, the over all stay at Casa del Norte couldn't have been nicer.
