It’s all about the gorgeous view at this fifth-floor, oceanfront condo. Morning coffee and evening sundowners are best enjoyed on the waterfront balcony, where your soundtrack will be the waves lapping the shore below.

Inside, you’ll find an elegantly appointed interior with pretty pops of beachy blue and nautically themed decor. The well-equipped, updated kitchen offers the group’s chef plenty of counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Dine together at the table for four or grab a stool and keep it casual at the breakfast bar. Slip into your swimsuit and hit the beach or shared pool when it’s time to head out. There’s also a tennis court and shared gym if you’re looking to sneak in a workout.

Rinse off in the outdoor shower before you head home, and toss your towels and suits in the convenient washer/dryer before you settle in for the evening. Kick back and relax on the couch for some TV before bed, and drift off to sleep with one perfect vacation day behind you, and another to come tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect Location!

This condo was ideal for our stay. Clean, pretty and all we needed. The location was excellent as we wanted to be on a street with sidewalks to walk as we are avid walkers.

A503 Beach House

Older buildings and exterior amenities, old guard shack is about to fall down, but the condo was updated and nice. There was some rust on the light fixtures in the bathrooms, but understandable, beach attendant was very nice and helpful. Unit comes with two chairs and a umbrella. Great location, near shopping, restaurants, outlet mall.

We really liked the unit A503. After checking in, we noticed there splatter on the back of one toilet, dirty. The two closets had not been cleaned; could hardly open the doors because of junk from the floor to the close bar; old shoes on the floor, just filthy; no close hangers in either closet! There were dirty pans in the kitchen; only one wine glass in the entire unit.There was dust on the furniture; probably not cleaned the entire summer. I reported this to the front desk and the next morning a Vacasa person was there to correct t the problems. I was told Vacasa just took over the rental of this unit; but I booked this unit with Vacasa 3 or 4 months before. I didn’t buy this story, but realized Vacasawas trying to correct the problem. It should have never happened. I will continue with Vacasa in hue future, but if this ever happens again, I’ll never use Vacasa again.
