The comfortable outdoor furniture is perfect for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee, beachfront dining, or relaxing while spying on the dolphins playing in the surf. Enjoy long naps in your beachside hammock. No other retreat is closer to the beach than this one! And while the beach is just steps away - so are the grills and the pool! Condo amenities include fitness centers.

For easy loading and unloading, convenient parking is just down one flight of steps, or the elevator is right down the hall. The interior is professionally decorated to make your vacation a trip to remember.

You will sleep in comfort on luxury bedding. There are TVs in every bedroom, so you won't miss your favorite shows or movies.

The family room provides a large-screen TV and many games and puzzles perfect for family fun.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
