Step inside to find a great floor plan for two families to share. There's a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a Keurig to prepare your morning coffee. The glass-enclosed dining area, the large sundeck, and the beautiful pool and hot tub are sure to please everyone.

There are two primary bedroom suites with adjoining bathrooms (one with a jetted tub), as well as a first-floor kids' primary suite with air hockey, foosball, a convenient extra kitchen, and access to a private bathroom. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, Bluetooth and an HDMI port to use with your device, a gas grill outside, and a volleyball setup for afternoon barbecues.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
