Guest Access:

Guests will not have access to the mailbox, please do not have items shipped/mailed to the house.

The Neighborhood:
Terra Lago features a 36 hole public golf course, lakes where guests are able to fish (catch and release) parks and walking trails!

Please note all guests will need to be pre-registered for gate access into this beautiful, private neighborhood and have a valid photo ID with them.

Getting Around:
Please use your GPS for the most accurate directions!

Make sure you always enter and exit through the main gates (guarded gates)!
All ride share and delivery drivers have access through guarded gates.

Take a stroll around the private, gated community of Terra Lago. Terra Lago is the premier community in Indio and features a beautiful lake with walking trails. The property has 4 parking spots (2 garaged) with additional free street parking available (upon advance notice).

Other Things to Note:
We understand that you may be excited to start your stay sooner than later. To ensure an early check in please put in a request in advance. A $100 fee will guarantee that your beautiful home is ready early for your arrival.

For our guests’ comfort, pool and spa heating is available at an additional charge. Heating for both the pool and spa is $150 per evening, while spa-only heating is available for $50 per evening. Please let us know in advance (at least 24 hours) if you’d like to add this amenity to your stay
