Guest will have access to the entire property! Take a stroll around the beautiful neighborhood of Terra Lago and be inspired by the lakes and scenic parks. Grab a snack and seat and enjoy the community parks where your bound to run into some ducks and geese. 5 Star Property Management is here to ensure you and your guests have the most amazing experience possible! Terra Lago features a 36 hole public golf coarse, lakes where guests are able to fish (catch and release) parks and walking trails! Take a stroll around the neighborhood and see all that this beautiful community has to offer! When exploring outside the community, we urge you use your GPS! Pool and spa heating are an additional charge. Please reach out to the host directly for pricing. Pool heating requires a minimum 24 hour notice so we can ensure that the pool is warm upon guests arrival. House Rules 1. We are a drug free home - no excuses will be accepted and 0 tolerance will be followed. 2. No smoking or vaping inside the homes! 3. We do NOT allow pets in our homes. If you would like to reach out to the host directly, arrangements can be (possibly) made and a pet deposit will be required! 4. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am!!! 5. We do NOT allow water balloons in the backyards. If they are found in property, guests will be subject to a fine! 6. Please do NOT tamper with the cameras or pool equipment.
