About our home
A relaxing Bonita Springs stay awaits at this 1,702-square-foot home. Located mere minutes from the Gulf and near numerous golf courses, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has something for everyone.
Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the gorgeous covered lanai overlooking a large private backyard. Then take advantage of the community amenities within walking distance such as a heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, shuffle board and tennis courts. After a day in the Florida sun, settle in the cozy living room for conversation or entertainment on your 65” TV. Prefer to stay outside? Enjoy dinner or cocktails (maybe even catch your favorite show or watch the game?) on the lanai. And, if you have can’t escape for complete R&R rest easy knowing there are two workspaces in the house for those needing to work remotely.
For added convenience, the property offers complimentary beach essentials, in-unit laundry machines, and seamless, contactless check-in.

Varför värden valde detta boende
Bonita Springs is will always be a special place for our family. My great-grandpa first started spending his winters in Bonita Springs over 40 years ago. Today, it’s a cherished second home for me, my parents, my in-laws and my grandparents. This property is more than a rental, it is truly one of my favorite spots. I hope you feel like you’re walking into a friends house when you arrive.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The home is in a fantastic location - west of 75 and easy access to Fort Myers & Naples. That said, it’s situated on the last street in a gated community offering a calm stay with privacy overlooking a beautiful backyard filled with bright colors & palm trees.
