Great Location

Enjoyed the location of this property in reference to beach and restaurants and the amenities at the property. The owner is very nice. There are really no true negatives except that heat rises to the top and the property is upstairs and the AC unit does not cool it properly. I had the thermostat set to 72 but the unit remained at 77 degrees. This was during a seasonably cool spring weekend in Gulfport where I grew up.

Work week visit

I was in town for work, and this was an excellent property to come home to each evening. Quiet neighborhood, and the home was clean and comfortable!

Spring Break Vacation stay.

Amenities were excellent. Loft was clean, comfortable, and the neighborhood was very convenient. Parking was also accessible, and loved the deck. Overall great stay!

Great property!

We had such a wonderful time staying in this property! It was in the perfect location. A short walk to the beach and within walking distance to multiple restaurants. Such a cute place with a nice patio and very clean.
