This is a private, unique cabin that sits on 7 acres with plenty of room to roam. There is a small stocked pond that is great for fishing. Maintained walking trails around the property for easy exploring. Sit on the porch or around the firepit and watch the wildlife that frequent the area.

The best getaway Ever!!!!!

The cabin was in pristine condition. The property managers have thought of everything possible to make your stay like being at home.

2024 Solar Eclipse in Casey, IL

Beautiful, relaxing wooded property with a pond. The cabin was clean and fully equipped. We were comfortable and spent most of our time, including viewing the eclipse in totality, right on the property. We definitely recommend this property to others.

Girls’ Trip

Three ladies came to celebrate the 50th birthday of one attendee. It was so beautiful & serene! We would recommend this property to anyone seeking a quiet getaway!

Fantastic getaway

Made for an extremely comfortable hunting trip with friends. Perfect setup with plenty of room. Fully furnished house made everything great. Property is beautiful with a pond. Highly recommended!!

Perfect, secluded getaway!

We would highly recommend this place for a nice little getaway. This property was stunning! You can tell it is very loved and well taken care of. The cabin was clean and well stocked. We had absolutely everything we would’ve ever needed. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was already at a perfect temperature when we arrived. The outside area was amazing. Plenty of room for the kids to around. We caught a few fish and the kids loved playing on the swings. We didn’t end up using the fire pit but it would’ve been used had the weather been a little cooler in the evening. The lights out in the sitting area were a nice touch. We loved sitting on the front porch underneath the fans. It was a great place to drink coffee and relax in the morning. The cabin is far enough out in the country to where you are secluded, but close enough to town to see and do all of the things that the town of Casey has to offer. We are already making plans to come back!

Our first encounter was a blind date and we have been together since that fateful summer of 2011. We became husband and wife in the summer of 2014. In our free time we enjoy the outdoors, driving our Jeep or boating, but most of all we love spending time with our beloved dogs.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property has been in Brandon's family since 1964, first purchased by his grandparents. It was originally a cow pasture and remained so for many years. Then in the mid 2000's it was purchased by Brandon's cousin, Erin, and her in laws. At that time, they built this wonderful cabin to enjoy for several years. All the photos on the wall were taken by Erin and are of the property. In February 2021 we purchased the property and eagerly made it into an Airbnb. We have worked very hard to make sure your stay is perfect and hope you enjoy your stay!
