Exclusive, private use of the fully appointed first floor of this beautiful, centrally located Santa Cruz residence in a family friendly neighborhood. 1200 square feet, spacious enough to affordably accommodate up to 6 friends and family members... and still cozy enough for romantic couples' getaways. Close to downtown, the beach and Boardwalk, forests, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, and UCSC.
Accommodations include a private, key coded entrance; full, private, kitchen, laundry and bathroom; Free WIFI; three smart TVs, Blue Ray player, video library, books, games and much more.

Private exclusive access of entire first floor of multi-story residence. Private exclusive use of front door entrance. No shared spaces. Host is onsite and has separate entrance to second floor.

"Ben was a great host to our party of five adults. He was very responsive to our needs (assistances with TV, extra amenities ie., towels & TP). His place was very clean and spotless upon arrival. We loved the full kitchen and access to a washer and dryer. We thought it was a GREAT location to the Boardwalk and UC Santa Cruz. Whole Foods is very close, as well as Safeway. Not a lot of street traffic. A very quiet neighborhood with some cute homes in the surrounding area. Laundry soap was provided for the washer. This place did not disappoint and we look forward to a return in the near future. Thank you BEN!!!"
