Welcome to luxurious living on Sanibel island. We offer a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful gardens of Pointe Santo.
Within our penthouse condo you will find a wonderful, warm and well appointed home, designed to delight your senses with all the extras you might expect with fine living.
The screened in lanai is perfect for your morning coffee or tea. From the lanai, climb the spiral staircase to the private penthouse level for time on your sun deck, with a 360 degree view of Sanibel. What a place to watch sunrise and sunset.
Youâll have 2 spacious bedrooms and a separate space for âone of a kindâ built in bunk beds the kids will absolutely love!
Of course youâll find 3 smart tvâs, fine linens, choice of pillows, and fine appointments throughout. Our home has a washer dryer, and everything youâll want in the kitchen. *****Hurricane Ian Recovery: Pardon our dust! The association is currently undergoing work to rebuild after Hurricane Ian. You may experience some noise and construction activity during your stay.
·Amenity Availability: The tennis and pickleball courts are currently open and also beach volleyball.
