Om boendet

This is our home in Clonsilla, a suburb of West Dublin. It's a two story end of terrace house in a new, quiet and well designed estate. The master bedroom with large en-suite shower and toilet is on the 1st floor and has an Irish king size bed (all bedrooms are upstairs). There is an office for any remote working needs on the ground floor (there is a double sofa bed in the office for extra space). We have a good size garden with a table for 4 to enjoy a drink or a meal outside on a sunny day.
There is another bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and the main family bathroom, with a bath and toilet. Downstairs is a spacious living room, kitchen/dining room and guest toilet.
There are plenty of toys and children's books in our home, so if you wish to stay here with kids, they will have something to play with.
The office opens up into the garden so you can enjoy the fresh air throughout.
We have high speed Internet, Netflix and 2 Google NEST devices. The house also benefits from a monitored alarm system, outdoor cameras and a NEST doorbell.
We have a utility room with a washing machine, dryer and iron/ironing board to your disposal.
Parking at the house is free and there are two parking spaces in the driveway.
There's a green area and a playground in the estate and we are an easy walk and/or short drive/cycle to a number of beautiful landscapes and parks.

Bins have to be taken out every Thursday morning before 8 am (the bin schedule is posted on the wall in utility room).

Sanitary towels and cotton pads etc. are not to be thrown into toilets, as they block the pipes. Please ensure you put these in the bins provided.

After your stay, please put all bed linen and towels in the utility room (you can put these on the shelves provided).

Cleanest property I have stayed in.

Good location in a quiet neighborhood. Tastefully decorated and very clean. Clear instructions were given for check in, check out. Would highly recommend.

Great property in a great location

We had 5 adults and two children staying in the house for our wedding and it was the most lovely house and Raphael was a great host. We had the best time as it was close to our family in Ireland and close to the train and shops.

Perfect Dublin home

The home is lovely and modern. Perfect for this American family visiting Dublin. We were a family of 3 and knew we would be having the rest of our family for dinner for Christmas. Our host had a Christmas tree and decorations and made it perfect for us to host our family of 7 for dinner. They had everything we could need. So kind. Our host answered all our questions in minutes. We felt so connected and safe and comfortable. We will stay here again when we come back again. Great neighborhood. Great home. Great host.
