It looks like the AC was at 75 degrees for your arrival which we do for each of our arrivals to ensure it is comfortable and can be adjusted up or down based on personal preference. Fridges can often feel like they are not fully cold when you first load items into it because it is going from empty to completely full. Please know we strive to go the extra mile for each and every guest, including making something right if it needs attention. We will address the issues that you have brought to our attention and ensure that they are taken care of.
