Great Location

Nice condo close to everything. Clean and roomy. Lots of construction and workmen around all day. There was a problem upon arrival, the staff worked with us and got it resolved, very helpful. Location was great!

Great space for small family. Caution on noise and smoke during summer season

Check in was super smooth. Property was very clean and well air conditioned. Our only issue was the noise and smoke coming from the pool area which is directly below this unit. During seasons where pool is less likely to be used it shouldn't be a problem, but in the evenings there was loud music, shouting, and smoking directly below us, all coming into the space.

Would stay again!

Loved the location! It was perfect for a family of 4 and could accommodate more! My only wish was that we could have watched kids fishing from the balcony
the balcony overlooked the pool which probably would be great for the summer but could not see kids while fishing
but not a deal breaker, would stay again!

R&R weekend

All in all, it was comfy and tidy. The only issue we had was the birds nesting on the patio, made it s bit messy. Not a big fan of bird poo. But found some joy in the chirping of the baby birds in the morning.

Relaxing vacation

Really enjoyed the island, beaches were great. The rental was great, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, quiet at night and in the day. Area was quiet made me feel safe . Pool was a plus and the water in the back was great for fishing . Totally recommend it to others and I’d return for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Neat, clean & well maintained. Good location for our multiple trips to the South Padre Island National Seashore.
