This one bedroom, ground floor peaceful haven awaits you at Laterra in beautiful World Golf Village. Gorgeous wood laminate floors. Full kitchen with all essentials. Washer & Dryer. Ceiling fans in main room and bedroom. Private fenced and gated lanai is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Read a good book or just enjoy the great outdoors. 43" LG smart TV with basic cable TV in the main area. Guests use their subscriptions to log into additional streaming apps. Don’t miss taking a dip in the sparkling Laterra pool located in the courtyard of the 955 building right next door. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. And, while this condo is on ground level, it is not ADA compliant.

Guest Access:
On day of check-in you will receive lockbox access instructions at 3:00 PM. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. Please send a message, in advance, with the names of all drivers needing gate access to avoid access delays. You can contact the gate directly to add any guests after your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass, which is provided upon request.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

Getting Around:
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear, near the amenities center.

Other Things to Note:
We love animals, but the owner is allergic and has a no pets policy. All assistance animals must be housebroken and approved in advance thru a third-party screening service prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have packages for every budget.
