Updated lighting throughout. Full kitchen is perfect for meals you want to eat in. Washer and dryer in condo. Tile and wood laminate floors throughout. No carpet! Desk in main area. Enjoy pleasant times with family and friends on your private fenced and gated lanai with gas BBQ grill, trees, and landscaped views. Gate allows you a short walk to parking. Take time to soak in the sun or take a refreshing dip in the gorgeous Laterra pool conveniently located in the courtyard of your building. This unit offers a 50" Roku TV and standard cable. 44" TV in Bedroom. Paramount, Peacock, and Disney+ are available for guests' use. Additional apps can be accessed with guest’s personal subscription log-ins. Baby items available upon request with 24 hours' notice. This includes a crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and porta crib. Beach items (chairs, umbrella, towels and ice chest) are in the unit. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, while this is a first-floor unit and the tub-shower has a safety bar, it is not ADA compliant. For access to unit, go through the Laterra lobby to the gate leading to the pool. Follow the signage to condo 113.

Guest Access:
On day of check-in you will receive lockbox access instructions at 3:00 PM. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. Please send a message, in advance, with the names of all drivers needing gate access to avoid access delays. You can contact the gate directly to add any guests after your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass, which is provided upon request.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

Getting Around:
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear, near the amenities center.

Other Things to Note:
We love animals, but the owner has a strict NO PET policy. Assistance animals must be disclosed and approved in advance. For approval, please send a message to the host and we will direct you to the third-party screening which must be completed prior to bringing any service animal onto the premises. If authorized, a photo and vaccine records must be provided prior to bringing the animal onto the premises. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended.

Interaction with Guests:
Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have packages starting as low as $25.
